I am a new customer to Outlet PC, and in the short time I have been a customer I have made three orders, with a fourth to be delivered. All the products I have purchased have been exactly as advertised all of excellent quality with great savings. Shipping and Delivery is excellent. So for myself I am really pleased I discovered Outlet PC and will certainly be making many more purchases.

Double check the language of your orders
The company works quickly and efficiently, but its online store is deceptive at first glance. It presents itself fully in the customer's language but sells Spanish products. You have to do some digging to find out it is in fact a Spanish based company.
I ordered a board game on a fully Dutch website, with no mention of language in the title. I was quite disappointed to receive a Spanish board game that is completely unusable to me. Customer service replied and were polite and reasonable but in essence it amounted to little more than: "Sucks for you, you should have read more carefully".
Overall, learn from my mistake and double-check your orders! They're not going to do it for you.

Extremely shocking experience
I made a purchase in a foreign country where I live, but used my native country's bank card. I confirmed my identity in the bank app and paid. Outlet PC did not accept the purchase and asked me to send personal data by email: a photo of me with my ID in my hand, to prove it's me. I was shocked.

I have ordered RODE Streamer X, 8th of April, the company on their site boasts delivery within a week. Today is 22 of April - the package has never left the Spain (information from delivery tracking). When writing complaints on their site I get only standard robot replies!
