We had already got a swing from OTD and it was brilliant. We ordered a playhouse/slide which arrived on time. It's really lovely and easily went together. There are a couple of small issues, ie. the saloon doors have large gaps on both sides and in the middle, whilst I appreciate this is for safety of trapping fingers, it does mean that the house is not as weathertight as we'd like. We will have to modify it somehow I think. The other issue is that the paint purchased was not quite enough to finish the job properly. I had to order another pot of the trim paint, and therefore pay for a courier to deliver it. Quite disappointing. All in all though the product is good and we would recommend the company.

Ordered our requirements on line and received them within 3 days! Really pleased with the service and quality of the goods. Would recommend to anyone. The kids love it.

A very cute playhouse, easy to assemble and very sturdy. The finish could be slightly better on the balcony and steps but overall an excellent product and I would definitely recommend it. Great value for money.

We recently bought a double swing with sky rider, and a ladder, to replace our old triple swing. It's brilliant and the children love it. Easy to erect. Thanks to you for supplying a great value swing with excellent delivery service.

We ordered a trampoline for my daughters birthday having researched online, Outdoor Toys website was easy to use, the item was as described and arrived very quickly, would recommend this company.

The playhouse arrived and looked good at first glance. I painted the house and noticed some poor workmanship with screws poking through where they shouldn't and the wood quality being quite low and rough which wasn't expected for a child's playhouse. I got a skilled person to help me and the first thing they commented on was the lack of guide holes as you usually expect. Their next comment was about poor construction. The drill had to have a change of battery due to the amount of drilling and screwing required. There needs to be centre supports on the main platform which will help the person assembling when putting their weight on it to tighten screws. It took about four hours to complete and will be a few more sanding and filling rough edges, surfaces, filling holes and painting to make it smooth, safe and protected from the elements. It would be nice to have clearer instructions to identify all parts quickly and have the screws and fixings in individual labelled bags which would also save time. The house does look good and is the envy of my nieces and nephews. The kids have been using it nearly all if the time. I would probably recommend the house with some notes for sanding and filling rough bits, holes and making poor fixings safe and secure.

I recently bought the Crooked Cottage for my daughter's 5th Birthday, she absolutely loves it (as do I). It took about 6 hours for a two man team to assemble but very easy to follow instructions, just labour intensive with average DIY skills.

The finished product is great quality, I'm sure my daughter with have hours of fun in her new playhouse.

Had to make some alterations to the house to make it more safe for kids, as suggested in our opinion centre joists need reinforcing for the house to be more safe and not sag in the middle. Wood rough in some places and needs sanding down again not ideal for children

This company were helpful when I rang with some questions and the product was exactly as described. The product was delivered on the day expected (although it was a whole day time slot, which wasn't ideal)
We replaced one if the swings with a trapeze bar&hoops (bought from elsewhere) this was the best thing we did and the kids adore all 3 hanging apparatus and spend hours playing circus :)

Bought this swing set as a friend told me she had seen it at her sisters and it was very sturdy etc. I ordered it. Good free delivery service and took my husband about 2hours to put together.

I purchased a bike shed from outdoor toys direct, with the delivery booked for one week after purchase. I received texts and emails up to and including the day of delivery telling me the shed would be delivered, but it didn't arrive. No reason given. I then receive texts and emails that it will be delivered the following week. Exactly the same thing happened. Follwing week the same, though the shed did arrive this time. However despite being labelled as what I had purchased, was actually a smaller shed. By this time I'd already lost two weeks of storage so had to make do with the product which was cheaper and smaller than I brought, as I couldn't wait another two weeks with no bike store.

Very unhappy, would not use again.

Great playhouse, everything was there nothing missing and not damaged. And the the playhouse itself we are very pleased great quality well made just as we'd hoped.

could not be bettered

My son loves this trampoline! It is the perfect place for him to enjoy himself and it's also good exercise! The set up was easy, completed in 2 hours by myself and my daughter. The net was a little fiddly but nothing too difficult. Instructions were good however the tension tool seemed more dangerous than effective! Great value for money, would defiantly recommend this product and its seller.

Amazon payments are offered as an option at checkout. This caused a delay of several days despite speaking to customer services who said a new order would be required as the amazon payments would not be processed. I then ended up with 2 orders which thankfully I noticed and then cancelled one or I would have been stuck with 2 double swings.

Very good playhouse.Came with plenty of screws and nails and more than enough roofing felt.Easy to put together and looks great.The kids love it.
Delivery was excellent.Came on day and time stated.

Purchased a playhouse and I was really pleased with the quality, price and delivery. Only one complaint was I chose paint colours and thought item would come painted, ended up being delivered with 2 tins of paint to do myself (I should have read it more carefully). Overall great service and would highly recommend.
