It’s a pleasure to visit the Outdazl boutique at Alderley Edge. The staff are attentive and very helpful without being ‘pushy’ in the slightest. Shopping there was a lovely experience and will visit there again soon, hopefully.

Because it was from britain to portugal, i had to pay an extra 81€ (half the price of the dress i bought) to pass the border and the final price i paid to get the dress, was very high, so it's not worth it if you buy outside britain

Item cost £300 arrived crumpled in a plastic bag . It looked like it was from a jumble sale. When I sent them a message about it customer services were extremely rude . I had to pay return postage £26 Royal Mail ( insured) I would advise staying away from this company

We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with packaging. We investigated our team reply and we can see from the communication that they were extremely apologetic, and explained the reason why the order was sent in courier bag packaging and not in a box which is due to hiring new staff as we had to recruit replacement to cover for our dispatch team who all had to self isolate.
We can assure you that you do not have to pay £26 for return postage as we are a uk company and sending the dress tracked and insured for value of £500 will only cost you £7.
Should you wish to use our rate with royal mail via the link our customer service team provided you it will only cost you £3.80

I’m delighted!
I love this dress! The material is comfortable, the fit is perfect and I was very impressed with how quickly it arrived. I ordered the maxi dress Angel in a size S (I’m a size 10-12) and the dress is true to size. I’ll definitely order from Outdazl again!

Flattering dresses
I ordered a few dresses for a couple of upcoming holidays. The items were great quality and very flattering. I kept a few items, however when I went to send the remaining items back I was shocked that it would cost me £26 by Royal Mail to cover the value of the items and to track the delivery. I think going forward I will opt to order items from Net a Porter instead as returns are free.

Thanks for your lovely review. We are sorry to hear you incurred a return postage charge of £26 which is very unusual since we are U.K. based, sending a parcel of 2 kg tracked should never exceed £16 which includes insurance cover of £500.

I've ordered my items 10 days ago and still haven't recieved them. Sales department doesn't want to help and adviced me to sort it out by myself with the post office. Poor service.
