Literally "bait and switch"! Their products are "approximations" of what they advertise, and poor quality to boot.

Came quickly, but the picture is completely different than what I got, in the picture it’s a beautiful purple sweater with embroidered flowers so beautiful, what I got was a cheap painted on material definitely not a sweater, price wasn’t cheap but the item is made cheaply and is very very deceptive, such a huge disappointment I thought it was going to be a beautiful sweater but it’s pixie looking. However second item as well is pixie looking also but I wasn’t expecting it to be a sweater, so it’s actually ok, kinda different reminds me of Christmas so I’m keeping it.

I ordered the products last February but I am still waiting and I have contacted the company for almost 10 times through emails, but I haven't had any response. My Order No. UT00001125
If anybody knows how to get a refund in this case, please let me know. There is no phone number for customer service. Thanks.

DIY NOW,
get a couple of Big&Tall men's shirts from thrift store, add a decorative fabric on the tail and be happy. and SAVE my money for other things I need!....

Prompt email regarding the order. It will be great if you add more casual clothes.

Everything was great, I applied my discount but when I went back and made a change to my order and returned to apply the discount again is said I had already used it which I hadn't other than that everything was great.

I am impressed with the product shown and with the discounts available on this website called restroclub clothing, that’s why I made a purchase of an outfit, but I didn’t receive a receipt of my payment or an order number on my email I had provided except for a than you note in my email for placing an order, which is a feeling of disappointment that I might’ve been fooled to believe it’s a genuine seller with a genuine service. However, I have sent an email on the given email contact for providing the details of my order and it’s status as well, to that I received a reply asking me the order number of my purchase which I don’t have.
I am not sure of this website being a genuine one now.

Loved the dresses easy to shop and lots of choices to choose waiting to have them♥️

I haven't used this clothing site before, so I'm hoping I won't be disappointed when my products arrive.
The only thing I did have an issue was sizing.
They don't have a conversion size chart available on their website, which can be difficult when you a plus size and need to order the correct sizing.
As its not a UK company, retuning and re ordering could be a time consuming process
Will update once my producs arrive and tried on.

Don’t buy they are not sweaters they are cheap material and do not fit right

Do not purchase from this company.
They are using pictures from quality expensive companys merchandise, and are selling shoddy knock offs.

Such beautiful clothes and very easy to go through the order process

I never got my suit paid £56. Will never get this back. Please don’t buy from them. I wished I’d seen the reviews.
