Some agencies promise a lot but Otto actually does what they say.
Very friendly people and very good enviroment to work in.
From the housing, to transport to everyday tasks, Otto is always there to help.
Working with agency is always a bit ‘new’ but it’s good to have a team as professional as them.
Of course not everyone has the same experience, but Otto is 5stars.

I dont live at OTTO location so the only unpleasent experience I had is when I try to text or call coordinators on whatsapp or phone and I get no responce, yet I'm expected to be responcive and flexible all the time.

The OnSite people are not helpful at all, they’re lying to you just to get rid off you. They do nothing for you and when you quit they start “ohh noo don’t quit please, we find you better accomodation, we give you better position”. Pff

I belive,and i'm not the only one that…
I belive,and i'm not the only one that this company's biggest problem is on the middle and lower management! The staff meaning the coordinators or specialists or whatever name they have are poorly trained,they cannot speak or write even proper english not to mention another language,they are dismissive of people,they do not offer the proper support in some cases bully people! But all of this is redundant,i have on many occasions reported these aspects but to no resolution or improvment! I do not expect things to change now or in the future!

The HR is great
My managers are nice people, the HR team that manages me are great people, they listen to you and they try their absolute best to make your job safe and nice. We have great housing and everything is mentained properly.
