Update. I still haven’t received my refund. Today is the 27th of April. This company has no respect for their clientes As we can see, they do not answer any of the reviews clientes have posted.
On the 17th of March, I placed an order for a pair of glasses. After some time, I was informed that they didn’t have the model, or colour I ordered in stock, so I would have to wait. Eventually I asked for feedback as I was not give. Any more information. They said they were sorry but did not know when or if they would receive the glasses and that I could choose another pair or cancel the order. I decided to cancel the order. Today is the 21st of April, more than a month after my order and I have no glasses, no information and no money. Be certain they have the product in stock otherwise you will have problems. I would not recomend buying here. If you read the comments, these situation are common, with products they don’t have in stock. An honest company does not take só long to refund money especially when it is not the buyers fault.

These are scammers
These are scammers! I ordered glasses on March 9 with delivery within 3–5 days. I didn’t receive anything and contacted customer support. They replied that the glasses hadn’t been shipped yet and would be sent the following week. I wrote to customer support five more times, and now they simply don’t respond! More than a month has passed and there have been no further messages! I asked for a refund, and again there was no reply. Do not order from this website! They are scammers!
