I never received the painting I ordered, worth over 200 euros. It's been two months and no response to my emails. Track & Trace says it's on its way to an external warehouse. Regrettable, definitely not recommended.

"I deeply regret my purchase from ostermann.de.
I ordered a Hulsta brand cabinet on March 10, 2024, with a promised delivery time of approximately 8 weeks. After 10 weeks, with no updates, I proactively contacted ostermann.de. A week later, I learned that Husta had gone bankrupt and could no longer fulfill the order.
I selected a different cabinet with a promised delivery time of 12 weeks. After 14 weeks, I still hadn't received any updates. Unable to speak German, I had a family member contact ostermann.de. They explained that the cabinet was in their warehouse, but the warehouse was undergoing repairs. As a goodwill gesture, they offered free expedited shipping. However, ostermann.de's expedited shipping took an additional 2 weeks. Upon delivery, the delivery person informed me that the cabinet's glass might be broken due to the sounds of shattering during transit. I refused delivery, and the delivery person noted the issue.
My family member has been following up with ostermann.de for nearly 2 weeks now, but I still haven't received any further information.
It's disappointing that such a large company would operate in such a disappointing manner. The excessive wait times and the need for customers to constantly follow up on their own orders is frustrating.

Update : now is almost 1 year and i still hear nothing from them. 24-01-2025

Not happy at all. I ordered an item that was shipped from Germany to the United Kingdom. But I didn’t like the item, so wanted to return it. However, they did not include a return label (which should be standard procedure) and now I’m trying to contact someone in Germany to share a return label with me. I can’t return it without the label....... not responsive at all.
