Service has dropped sharply — damaged parcel, expired return label, and unrelated order withheld
I’m extremely disappointed with the recent level of service from Oshadhi.
I had previously considered them a reputable company, but the service has noticeably dropped off. Recent parcels have felt like they were dispatched as an afterthought, with inadequate care taken in fulfilment and packaging. I have also had items arrive damaged, which is unacceptable for products of this nature and price point.
What has made the situation worse is the way the issue has been handled. I was sent a return label for a damaged item, but the label had expired. I explained this, yet instead of simply providing a valid return label and resolving the matter properly, Oshadhi have now said they will not dispatch a completely separate new order until the damaged item from the previous order is returned.
That is not reasonable. The delay in returning the damaged item was caused by the expired return label they provided. Holding an unrelated paid order because of that feels punitive and unprofessional.
I have also found the tone of some recent emails from staff to be condescending rather than helpful. When a customer receives damaged goods, explains the issue clearly, and is then blocked from receiving a separate order, the company should be taking accountability — not making the customer feel like the inconvenience is their fault.
The overall impression is that customer care, dispatch standards, and basic accountability have declined sharply. I would expect a specialist company selling premium essential oils and natural products to handle orders carefully, communicate respectfully, and resolve damaged-delivery issues efficiently.
At this point, I cannot recommend Oshadhi based on my recent experience. I hope they take this feedback seriously, review how damaged orders and returns are being handled, and stop withholding unrelated orders when the problem has arisen from their own expired return label.
Update: This could have been resolved very simply by Oshadhi issuing a replacement return label after the original one expired. Instead, they have refused to provide a valid return label for the damaged cleanser and are now refusing either to dispatch or refund a separate paid order worth approximately £300. After around 10 years as a customer, this has ended my trust in the company and I will not be returning.
