Great docs. Terrible IT. The security geeks have the systems so secure that they are unusable. Multiple hoops to jump through to get logged on and then you get a failure page that suggests you (not the system) are screwed up. Asks you to send feedback and provides no means to do so. Docs used to be accessible via email - but no more. Patient Portal is a joke.
