My experience with this orthodontic treatment has been very disappointing. The treatment was intended solely to straighten my front teeth, and I was repeatedly assured that my bite would not be changed. However, during the process, it was altered, and the final result is a misaligned bite and teeth that are still not properly straightened.

After investing a significant amount of money, I now face the need to start another treatment to fix the very issues this treatment caused and to finally straighten my teeth, which was the original goal.

Additionally, the customer service was very poor. The guy from the company I spoke with on WhatsApp was at times rude and unpleasant, making the experience even more frustrating.

In short, a very negative experience both because of the treatment outcome and the customer service. I would not recommend it at all.

It is better to invest more money in a real professional from the start.

Took quite a bit longer than expected (several months) and the retainers to keep up with maintenance at night loose the tension, so I feel I need to have a new treatment within 2 years of finishing my treatment.

I had my aligners with orthoclear but it was very unprofessionally done and i was not happy with the result so i had to redo afterwards. When i confronted them about this they did not answer me.

Better get yourself a real dentist
Low price, poor service.
I had important questions on the health and safety of the procedure and no one was able to answer them, but only redirected me to their website where no real questions are actually answered.
You never get to talk to real dentists but only to practitioners and Virtual Assistants who have no idea about orthodontics. Their website is misleading and does not contain rea information about the procedure, terms of contract etc. They pressured you about starting the procedure ASAP telling you that the 3D scan would not be fine to use in few weeks times (at a real orthodontist this actually never happens). They do not even invoice you properly.
Better get yourself a real dentist.
I want a refund.
The also claimed my review was fake when l actually used their services and was very disappointed. Zero customer service. Instead of fixing their services they claim negative reviews are fake.

Very happy to have chosen Orthoclear. I had initially done an assessment with another company and it was more expensive and I needed to get a bar behind my teeth. I’m almost finished with my aligners and the results are amazing! I’m really happy I did it. The aligners are painful at first but you rapidly get used to them. Everything is clear and well organized, I just wish they had more locations across NL. Highly recommend it!

It is good in the response times for questions
It could be better with providing more information on the change in each set. When I start on a new set I'd like to know what to expect, like pain in molar etc.

Very happy with my aligners, but what I wanna point out is the customer service! Super easy, everything through whatsapp, they are quick to answear and always very helpful!

Jessie was great. Very friendly and everything he said was clear. I definitely recommend orthoclear. It works with great results in a short amount of time. No one even notices that you wear aligners and it's also easy to take out and not having to worry about food being stuck in your teeth after you eat. One of the best decisions I have ever made.

Good advice on whether the aligners are going to do what you expect..

Half hour for the appointment they say its 40 minutes delayed, so i could not go.

Really good experience with OrthoClear! My treatment took just over a year, and I am very satisfied with the results.
During the treatment, if anything wasn't clear to me, I had direct contact with the staff of Orthoclear via Whatsapp; fast and effective. The staff is always very helpful, friendly, and clear when providing information. This includes the Amstelveen dentist practitioner Marco as well as Ortoclear practitioner Jesse.

My personal experience is more than positive. Not only my teeth are straightened, but the process also came with many unexpected positive side effects. Due to wearing aligners, I stopped biting my nails. My oral hygiene was never better and my usual dentist was very impressed with the state of my teeth on the annual visit. I also managed to lose weight due to no snacking. This happened as an effect of the need to wear aligners at least 20 hours a day, while it is impossible to eat with them on.
Also, the healthy discipline of eating just 3 times a day, then brushing my teeth and placing aligners back on, had a positive influence on my lifestyle.

The first week of treatment was however very difficult; it was new and very painful to place or remove and wear the aligners. My teeth were very crooked at that stage. They became super sensitive very fast and it was very challenging to adjust to them for me. After about a week, all became kinda normal. I understand this doesn't happen to everybody, and depends on the state of the teeth upon the start of treatment.

My friends never noticed me wearing the aligners, even the people closest to me could not see them. This makes the product very effective for my social life and I recommend it to all.
