OR Multiview provided 360 assessments for us in a global leadership and management development program. While our own clients were hard to predict, OR Multiview was always understanding and always able to deliver - even with tight deadlines and last minute requests. Needless to say that the normal delivery of thousands of 360 reports every year was always excellent. Professional, reliable, and wonderful customer service. I worked with other providers and appreciated OR Multiview all the more!

I have worked with several contacts in ORMultiview and have found each one responsive and helpful, whether the project is small or large, they treat it and the customer the same. Any time we have asked if something a bit different can be done, they go to the person who can respond and come back with timely and well reasoned responses. They genuinely seem to work as a team. Once there was a small glitch and the individual acknowledged their role in the glitch and that for me is why they get the 5 stars! We were able to rapidly correct the situation and go forward.

The team at ORMultiview made this so easy for us. It’s all done online and you can chose various parameters which is helpful too. We ran it for some for the RBHR team and really got lots out if it individually and collectively. Would certainly recommend to anyone who wants a safe and secure way of obtaining 360 degree feedback.
