Great customer service, but website pricing needs improvement
Initial Review: The website showed the ticket price, took all the booking details, and then displayed a message saying, “The selected seat is not available.” This happened for two different booking dates.
Customer service promptly called me afterwards and offered alternative dates, but at a much higher price.
UPDATE 28/05: It was a frustrating experience at first, but the agent explained why the ticket at the advertised website price was unavailable. In the end, I was happy with the customer service, especially from Crane — patient, honest, and very helpful.
Needs improvement: I hope they improve the website’s real-time pricing and availability system so the advertised fare matches the final booking price. If something is unavailable, it should not continue to be displayed.

Thankfully, he followed up to make sure everything was okay and discovered I had not applied return luggage to my trip!(I don’t think this was made clear online) The man I spoke with was friendly & efficient, saving the day & a surprise expense at the airport by discovering the baggage issue and adding it on for us.
