Prompt Resolution and Quality Replacement
This was my second purchase from Oriental Tea Box. I ordered Roasted Oolong Tea but found the tea is lack of roosted aroma. Initially disappointed, I raised the issue with customer service, and they responded promptly and professionally. They acknowledged the mistake and sent a replacement without any hassle. The replacement tea was of good quality and matched expectations. Mistakes can happen, but I appreciate how well they handled it.

No stocks but still accept placed order, and then still released the tracking number and sent email notification. After that, cancel order and refund without any explanation. Just look like nothing happen and disappointed to get this kind of operation. Not care customer’s feeling.
