December 2025, I posted a parcel to Israel with DPD using the air express option, with delivery time of 3 - 7 days. It's now March 2026 and the parcel is yet to be delivered. E mails and phone calls to DPD to ask where it is are passed to Orian, who reply to DPD a few days later asking for an Israeli phone number or an Israeli e mail address. Both of these I supplied. It's now day 79 in transit. In the meantime, I have sent 2 parcels with the same details, which have arrived without a problem
