A very good serviced office provider, who looked after all the needs of our office. From the move-in, to the move-out (As we are all very sad about).
They offer every services you need, and have been a great help to the office manager. Confidential waste collection, providing furnitures, secure 24h access, and we never had any problems with our post.

Its a shame that we write this review about Orega as what started to be a great relationship has now completely died. The offices are nice, we can give them that but we were plagued with issues regarding the heating, it was either OK or too hot as constant air con issues. Other offices were noisy and ran riot but as they were a big client of Orega nothing really happened.
Watch out for the fees, they will charge you for internet even if you do not use it, doesn't matter whether or not its connected, its a standard charge, the cost of the MB on top of this standard charge is mind blowing.
The office staff were nice and helpful.
Since we needed to downsize our business Orega have been nothing but awful, we do not hear back on emails or calls. There is no one to report them too. They agreed to sublet our offices but do nothing about it and when they did market it, the rent was higher than we were paying. The shame is that face to face, you are told what you need to hear, but this has all gone now as its been left with lies, a shameful company.

Nothing is too much trouble for the lovely Orega team!
I have to say, having our office at Orega in Bristol has been a great experience. We started in a small room with 2 people and upgraded regularly until we employed our 12th member of staff, at which point we moved into our own accommodation. Luckily we are just over the road and so will be able to keep in touch.
Top 3 things:
1. Friendly and professional team. We were well looked after
2. Smart, well located offices, a good place to bring customers and prospects
3. Great service.

Excellent overall service, well maintained and presented offices with attentive staff. Minor issues preventing five stars are:-
no heating facility (microwave) for food and
on occasion people holding conference calls in public areas.
A shameful company to deal with. After setting up the obligatory direct debit, they plundered our account randomly for a huge sum of money in excess of our modest monthly fee. It took many weeks and a mountain of emailing and calls to get the money back. I then emailed them to cancel our contract, which they claim never arrived and proceeded to charge me for direct debit failure and non-payment, using an agressive debt-collection agency in the process. So they don't give a monkeys when they're in the wrong, but happily shaft you at will. Avoid.

I have had the pleasure of working from the Orega offices in Manchester for about 5 weeks, Located close to the Train and Metro stations with an abundance of hotel and shops within a minutes walk. Reception is warm and welcoming, offices clean, light and comfortable. Looking forward to working from the offices over the next few months and would recommend to others.
I've checked plenty of shared desk options in Manchester and Orega's seemed the best one. After one month I still think so. The office is very nice & modern, built from great materials, the staff is very friendly if you have any problem or question they will help you straight away.
