Still no plants after placing my order 20 days ago. Two emails asking for updates ignored despite them saying I will receive a response within 48 hours. My text to the number provided on their website was also ignored. I dislike leaving bad reviews for small businesses but I feel others should be made aware of my experience with this company. I will have to contact my credit card company now to request a charge back. Total waste of my time.

The plant was poorly packaged, after unpacking it I found out that the poor packaging was not the biggest problem. The plant was not rooted in the pot and had no roots at all. The company does not respond to the complaint and does not communicate.

Nearly 3 weeks later and no sign of my order, no response to my email, no response to my web chat message and no response to my telephone message.
Truly hopeless !
I should have listened to other reviewers !
The orchid community needs to be aware of this lousy service !

I would give Orchid Botanics less than one star if I could, over 3 weeks ago I placed an order on Orchid Botanics website since then an email saying waiting for a delivery though all plants were showing as in stock on the website. Wouldn’t answer emails or phone calls if using my phone but if using another phone would get an answer saying had just received all plants and would be sending the next day tracked Royal Mail but no tracking number was sent and no delivery, still waiting took my money by ApplePay. Just beware if reading this before placing an order I wish I had read the reviews first.

Wow. Why am I NOT surprised that this company has 75% negative reviews?! I received my very poorly plant with broken stems. Trey Sanders told me “No problem, send it back RM tracked 24 and I’ll even refund your return postage.” So that’s what I did. I then let him know the cost of the return postage - silence. There’s been no response since. I’ve got proof he’s received it back on 27 February. I sent him another email which he didn’t respond to so then I’ve had to open up a dispute with my CC company. Do not do business with this man/company. He’ll screw you over! I’m out the cost of £19 and change for the plant plus postage x2 and he’s got his plant back.

I ordered during the cold spell over winter so my order was delayed.
I expected this otherwise it would have been detrimental to the plants, which I respect the company doing.
Some emails notifying myself of the delays for some reason had gone to spam, so I'm glad I checked.

The plants I received were of excellent quality, well rooted and clearly very well looked after.

The communications I have had with Trey have been extremely helpful and he is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does.

I can't wait to place another order.

Made an order on 9th Jan, had no update in 2wks so emailed to inquire.
Received a generic email stating that I'll receive a response within 48hrs.
48hrs later, nothing.
I decided to open a case with PayPal, which i won.
Shocking customer service.

I ordered plants from these cowboys over a month ago and they had several reasons why they could not fill the order.I asked for a refund and have not received it after a full week .Refund was issued through PayPal and even they can't help me get my money back.I believe I have been scammed .Stay clear
