Orbea terra H30
New bike for me, had it now just about a week: 3 ridetimes and about 120 km. Everything feels good, perfect!
Easy to fit everything for me. So easy to ride, light and fast.

& another follow up as I was informed we would be contacted directly !
This debacle continues : received a call from the shop to say my frame was there & bike was ready went to collect to find it’s totally the wrong frame been sent it’s a blue frame & mine was black totally different style of bike
I’ve waited nearly 8 weeks for this & god knows how much longer I Weill have to wait to get this sorted it really isn’t acceptable
Will some please contact me regarding this as it’s impossible to speak to someone as they are in Spain !

fantastic bike and service
First I would like to thank Tom Renders fantastic service, kind and very professional from Renders Tweewielers a Dutch dealer of Orbea in Steensel the Netherlands. Is the place to be to buy an Orbea bike in the Netherlands and Belgium. So far the best bike dealer I have experienced ever. About the Orbea Orca M20iTeam I bought, a very good machine with fantastic looks. Indeed very light and responsive bike. Is my first bike with electronic Shimano Ultegra shifter and it works marvelous smooth and quick. The Oquo Road Performance RP35TEAM wheels are also impressive. The fact that this bike has been is build by a Basque, European, bike company is also an important factor to me. Finally and also very relevant, Tom Renders and Orbea offer value for money. I highly recommend Orbea Orca.

Orbea Rise perfect fit for me
Just received my Orbea Rise. Impressed with the build quality. Attention to detail like internal cable routing, color combination and quality of finish are but a few of the things I’ve seen thus far. I love my Orbea wild it’s an amazing…
I love my Orbea wild it’s an amazing bike but the cranks supplied are not good, e13 e spec they are formed badly and I took it back for a warranty and given another set of the same cranks and not new ones either so they will have the same problem, on such an expensive bike this is bad service
Edit: I contacted them as requested below and told they can’t help and to go back to the distributor? No contact info for them, just a go and talk to someone else email with a no reply email address!!!! So rude
Edit: I can’t reply to your email as it’s a non reply email, your email asks me to contact a direct distributor which for me would be sigma sports who said I have to deal with you direct, unless you can provide me with contact details of who to deal with now I’m stuck between the both of you

I have now spoken with Orbea and explained again that the original cranks were deformed as a bad batch, they have sent me a second set but there are the same bad batch and also sent loose in a Barbara sleeve that arrived marked all over because they and the bolts banged together in transit
So currently I’m left with no working cranks for my bike and they have stopped replying to my messages
It’s such a shame because the wild is an incredible bike and it’s clear these cranks have let them down and all new wilds have a different model crank on them now

I bought the Orbea Avant H30 from Tredz…
I bought the Orbea Avant H30 from Tredz bikes UK. The bike itself is stunning, I love the geometry, design and how smoothly it rides. And although it comes with the great Shimano 105 groupset Orbea decided to fit a lower quality crankset. It would have been much better with the 105 crankset. They could also have fitted the wheels with better quality hubs as the ones that come with the bike provide high rolling resistance which makes the bike slower. I have upgraded the crankset to 105 and wheels to the Campagnolo Shamal Carbon and it now rides like a dream. The frame is stunning, the carbon fork absorbs a great amount of imperfections on the road and the geometry helps you to ride in a very comfortable position. I would have been happy to pay a little more for this bike with 105 crankset and better quality wheels.

Orbea Gain M30i
Excellent service and knowledge by all who helped me choose an E-bike. I do recommend texting a few different brands and sizes as they are so different.
I chose the Orbea Gain 2024 M30i all carbon. It's light and quiet. They adjusted everything I needed and it was done in the appropriate time frame. Thanks for such great service.
