Every time I need help Orange will literally respond within minutes sometimes, doesn’t matter what time of the day I always somehow get a response and solution almost immediately, amazing people to work with.

OrangeWebsite has been awesome so far. Their support got back to me super fast and helped me set up my site with zero drama. I really appreciate how they actually back free speech and censorship resistance, none of that typical corporate BS where content gets controlled or censored because of internal narratives or triggered egos. It’s great to find a host that stands for something meaningful, instead of just chasing profits and screwing people over. I really appreciate what they’re about and how easy they made everything. Being based in Iceland is a huge bonus, because their free speech laws are so much more lenient than in the States or other countries. Their plans are transparent, and really don't centralize power too heavily like the others. Their WordPress plan might not be the best fit if you want full control or are on a budget, it offers some conveniences but costs more and gives up a lot of control compared to their regular plans. If you care about online freedom, these are the guys to go with.

I’ve had an adult website hosted through Orange for a few years now and I am overall satisfied with them. They reply promptly if I ever have an issue, and their prices are pretty competitive. I have the platinum hosting plan and SSL certification through them. I did have some confusion pertaining to renewing my SSL but they were able to clarify that I needed to renew it myself by clicking a verification link through my CPanel email inbox in addition to paying to renew it. Besides that hiccup I don’t have any complaints regarding their services. Originally my website was reported and taken down by several US website hosts. Since switching to Orange I have not faced any issues with website removal issues!

I am utterly appalled by the practices of OrangeWebsite.com. This company blatantly allows fraudulent and defamatory websites containing criminal content to operate on their hosting platform. When contacted about these egregious violations, they outright REFUSE to take action and remove such harmful sites, showing a complete disregard for ethics and the law.

Their negligence in permitting these websites to continue is not only irresponsible but deeply troubling. It is clear that OrangeWebsite prioritizes profit over any sense of accountability or integrity. I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this company unless they are comfortable supporting a platform that enables and protects cybercriminals and scammers.

While this company may cost a little more than it's competitors what you get with it is an unparalleled respect for freedom of expression and speech, something most other domain hosting services only pretend to have under the context of "as long as it isn't offensive speech". Of course what they mean by this is, "as long as your website is part of the preapproved media narrative then it is allowed". With OrangeWebsite.com rest assured your website is safe from malicious attacks and lies and slander. Unless you want to host porn, which is filth and garbage that should be eradicated, you should have nothing to worry about with OrangeWebsite

On top of that, you get customer service that is unrivaled. You will get answered promptly. There is no wait 1-3 days for a response. I think the very longest I have waited for a reply is two hours and that is because they had to sort out some technical stuff, but usually your initial question is answered within 15-20 minutes, and sometimes I have had it answered within 3 minutes. They are always polite and courtesy and on point with their customer service.

Words simply cannot describe how amazing their customer service is. Anyone who claims to have bad experiences with their customer service, I genuinely do not believe you.

2FA didn't work, it got disabled twice and when I reported it, I got referred to the instruction page. I was also able to avoid 2FA by clicking through from the main page. Email redirect also disabled after setting up. Bizarre confusion over payments. Any attempt to make payment generated a receipt which got added to the money owed.

When I had a question late at night, I contacted the customer service team. They responded in one minute! That is the fastest customer service I have come across. In that response, the representative provided just the right information I needed.

i think this domain vendor is trustworthy, especially since its from iceland. you can obv get cheaper domains from the US but, idk, i think its more worth it to invest in a company like this that will help you no matter what.

These guys are legit. It's a little pricey but it's worth it when you see the support you get, the performance, and the insights they provide.
