I received a defective 7 horses frame with multiple scratches and even a crack/opening on one corner, which looked very bad. Their packaging was also poor—too much taping, took over 10 minutes to open. Still, I made a complete unboxing video as they mentioned on the box.
When I contacted customer support, the experience was terrible. The representative was extremely rude and seemed determined not to provide any resolution. Even after I showed the video clearly highlighting the scratches and crack, she kept denying it and pointed only to moments where the defects weren’t visible. She kept arguing as if it was my fault and finally refused replacement.
This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. They don’t accept their mistakes, don’t honor genuine complaints, and make excuses even with proof. If you ever get a defective product from this site, don’t expect any resolution. Very bad quality, pathetic service—I would never recommend buying from them.
