Glasses were exactly how I wanted them to look. This is the 3rd pair I have ordered and I've been extremely happy with all of them. This is my new place for designer glasses!

My shopping experience was great. I found the lenses beautiful, fairly priced and I'm happy to be able to see again, haha! However, one pair of the glasses' arms are distorted and they do not fit me properly unless my head is up right and straight ahead. If I look down, they fall right off and they seem to be a bit too wide for my face.

I've ordered from Optically twice now.
Both experiences were great.
the first set arrived surprisingly quickly and fit great and were an amazing deal !

The second experience had a small bump where the set came and gave me the most wicked migraine and had a small bubble in one of the lenses.

Customer services at optically worked with me to get my set returned to them and fixed :). the process of sending them back was painless and they fixed my lenses and resent the glasses which now fit perfectly.

It's so great to work with a Canadian company that really wants you to love your end product and doesnt gouge you on the cost.

I love my new glasses! I purchased a pair of frames from another site, and needed to find someone to put the lenses in for me. I used the Optically.ca re-glazing service and it worked out perfectly, the glasses are exactly as requested and the process was simple. My only feedback for improvement: for the re-glazing process it would be great to get occasional updates via email from Optically.ca letting the client know status updates. The frames took longer to get to me than stated on the website, and it would have saved me some time and inconvenience to have heard from them before I felt I had to reach out to make sure there wasn’t any issue, like the frames being lost in the mail or something. Aside from that - no notes! Will use again!!

These are the glasses I now wear all the time, because they are so much more comfortable than what I got at my optometrists office. I love the huge variety of choices, and the way you are able to try them all on virtually. This is how I will always buy glasses now.

I had a great experience which started out not-so-great but the tireless customer service went out of their way to make thing right.

Service was wonderful and the glasses were amazing, unfortunately after a few months, the frames snapped when coming inside from the cold weather.

The company allowed me to drop off my glasses rather than mail them as I live close to the business, even at the time of Covid!!! Very kind of them. My glasses were returned toe via Canada Post in record time, the lenses were perfect!!!

5 stars might be a little bit much. I have bought several pairs of glasses from Optically. They don’t arrive in the swiftest time but they do arrive. Sometimes they arrive not fully fitted with what I paid for. But they always fix it. They fix it even when it’s my fault and I order frames that just looked really silly on me they happily take them back. So yes sometimes things go wrong but life is like that.

Got my glasses reglazed. Excellent service. Will use them again.

I made a mistake on the prescription which meant my glasses were useless. A refund and a new order was promptly done. Great service Great glasses

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS POSITIVE. THE GLASSES WERE SATISFACTORY. CHAT BOX WAS USEFUL. I HAD TO USE THE CHAT BOX TO FIND OUT WHY THE ORDER WAS TAKING LONGER THAN EXPECTED. I DID NOT RECEIVE NOTICE THAT THE GLASSES WERE ON THEIR WAY. THE LONG WAIT COULD HAVE BEEN DUE TO COVID AND ALSO THE HOLIDAY SEASON. I WOULD RECOMMEND OPTICALLY.CA AND PLAN TO ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN
