Fed ex was awful
Fed ex was awful. Sent two emails that theyd deliver on Tuesday. They delivered Monday night. I Called and complained. Fed Ex called around noon and said they were delivering ASAP. They delivered at 715 pm. My husband waited all day. Terrible horrific delivery. I want to order two more pairs but will not due to your shipper. So fed ex is losing you money

I ordered a pair of Tom ford glasses and they came the next day! They were also good quality and SUPER cheap in comparison to what I should have paid for them, if I had bought them in my own country:)

I bought two pairs of sunglasses from Bassol Optic (Celine and Tom Ford). The one from Celine took longer to arrive, but it was already mentioned when I placed my order so I was aware of it. On top of that, someone from Bassol Optic emailed me to update me on the order status whitout me even asking - which was greatly appreciated! Both sunglasses arrived in perfect condition with a nice packaging. Everything looks like on the pictures. The price is so worth it - I would definitely order from them again and can’t recommend them enough. Thank you Bassol Optic 🫶🏼
