I’ve had my 8” four speed clip on fan for at least 3 years and run it 24/7 never turning it off. I wanted to replace it and found out that there is no customer service to answer any questions. My main question was are they still in business because all of their fans are out of stock. Needless to say I went with another company.

Well I’m sad to see there are so many bad reviews about this company. I’ve had nothing but great things to say about my two clip on four speed fans for the last four years!
During the beginning of the pandemic, I decided to put a tent on top of my car and take a road trip. I ordered one of the fans from Amazon and it worked great! It kept a charge just fine and kept me cool even camping in Southern California. It worked so good that I ordered a second one 1500 miles into my trip.
Four years later and I’m still using them in my tent at farmers markets. The vendors around me are so jealous. I just tried to order another one from Amazon but saw that they aren’t sold on there anymore. After reading the reviews about customer service on their website though I think I’ll look into other options.

Company doesn't stand behind their products. Bought my wife a clip on fan in December as a Christmas gift. She uses it when the weather gets hot during her golf outings. She has used it maybe 5 times and it now only charges to about 30% and it never makes it through a full round of golf. Have tried to contact the company both by email and through their customer service forms. All have been ignored.

Absolute garbage.

They talk themselves up, but they are nothing but cheap junk behind a name pretending to be a quality product. You will see identical items to theirs all over the cheap websites. They simply stick their sticker on it and pretend it is a quality item. I bought a blower/vacuum. Used it three times over two years and now it has failed. Their support cannot answer simple questions of why it failed after next to no use. They go straight down the path of blame shifting to other distributors. This was bought directly from them and they couldn't care less. The warranty is worthless. That is why they do not guarantee their products because they are not up to scratch. Unworthy of a guarantee!

I had the 2 in 1 duster/blower and it was actually very good when it was working. All was working good until about 1month later and i started to notice the speed of the motor was fluctuating and sometimes when i switched it on it would stutter for a few seconds before actually working properly. After another 2months the motor gave up completely and just stopped whilst i was using it. Even though it was still within the 1 year manufacturers warranty as stated on the box. Opolar refused to do anything about it. Even though it states in the instruction manual that for all warranty claims you need to contact Opolar. After the first 2 emails i had sent and got replies to they then started completely ignoring my emails. I sent around 4 or 5 emails which i got no reply to at all. So from my personal experience i would AVOID opolar because they dont care about their customers.

Contacted this company to have my unit serviced once it died after only 7 months light use.
The warranty claimed it was 2 years, they claimed it was only 1 even after finding a page on the website saying otherwise. But its all pretty useless as they just said no... because I bought the item from one of their resellers and not them directly....
Which:
1. shouldn't matter, and is not acceptable grounds to decline their obligations, which were made at the time of sale.
2. illegal, and a breach of consumer rights
Avoid this company. Especially as looking at other reviews , buying from them directly won't get you an item. And buying off Amazon / eBay means they can just tell you to go to hell apparently. I am now looking into a corded air duster or an air compressor to replace the e-waste their product now is.

I wouldn't recommend buying from them. I placed an order with them, waited months, nothing arrived. So I asked for a refund and they they said that the order had completed (not true). My money is gone and I have nothing. If you're thinking of buying from them, I wouldn't risk it.

I asked if they could offer something similar and they said. No stock. I pointed out that they are still advertising and trying to sell a product they do not have.
I then looked at there reviews and most people saying they are a scam. At the very leased they are a company happy to take your money without giving you anything!!
They will take your money and give you nothing!!

Edit: I did eventually get my money back after someone sensible finally emailed me.

This company is legit so I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews! customer service was really good they respond fairly quick within 12 hours you should have a reply, I originally bought 1 fan a 10000mah 8in rechargeable one for $34 but I changed my mind and wanted the 20000mah one for $62 and they they helped me with the exchange and paying for the price difference, they were really helpful and friendly throughout the process!!! I also thought it might take a while for shipping but I got it pretty quick I ordered it Sunday night and got the fan Thursday morning!!

Totally a scam finally got money back from PayPal. Of course they say the stuff is out of stock but they are still taking orders on stuff they don’t even have.

Do not place an order with Opolar. I did back in July and still did not receive anything at the end of August. They have no contact phone number only an email address to Marketing. Very slow response. BEWARE!!!!!

I purchased/ ordered OPOLAR portable handheld fans on Aug. 2, 2021 (for Aug. 18th Bday gift), received an email on Aug. 12, 2021 that my order had not shipped yet and received an email on Aug. 25, 2021 that my order has been refunded. I did not request a refund from OPOLAR nor have I received said refund to date. I had a positive customer service experience when I purchased OPOLAR fans from Amazon.com in October of 2020. I now understand why Amazon.com no longer sells OPOLAR products. I truly believe that OPOLAR's flash sale scheme is a loss leader scam. DO NOT do business with this company ... !

After weeks, I receive an email that they are out of stock- and will be refunding my payment on the sale item.

I bought an item that was on sale. Weeks of silence, I sent them an email and was refunded without any explanation. They then claimed they had no stock of the item I had just purchased but were still selling it on their site at a higher price.

Absolute waste of time.

Bought 2 devices, they only sent 1 and dispute with PayPal, PayPal required document form authority to claim.
This company is a cheat and a scammer and so is PayPal siding with this company.
Stay away from this company everyone.

Terrible experience. Haven't received product or refund. Currently going through this with no response from customer service after contacting 4 times.
True scam. Should be put out of business. Not sure it is real company.

I purchased 2 x 5000mAh Rechargeable Battery Operated Clip On Fans (intending to give one to my daughter). That idea has firmly been binned! These fans are just amazing - 3 speeds, quiet enough to have on all night and totally rechargeable, thus making it portable if you want to take it for a walk or use it in the car. For the price I paid and it’s versatility, it leaves all its rivals in the shade.

No customer service. Enquiry 2 weeks later said out of stock, refunded to my Paypal account but nothing after 1 week. No more reply from Opolar afterwards. Opened Paypal dispute to finally received my money back.

Ordered the product from their website and it wasn't shipped. Emailed customer service several times and didn't get a response.

I just want to say that the Opolar electric and battery powered desk fan was the best investment I ever made! Not only has this little dynamo kept me comfortable during my work-from-home days providing a nice breeze in my workspace, but during a 6-day power outage it kept me cool and comfortable even on some steamy nights. Knowing the fan had battery back-up is what sold me on this unit. It's also so quiet I sometimes forget it's running! Thank you for this great product. I recommend to everyone!
