Travel Agent is supposed to make your journey better, but Opodo works in opposite direction. Use them if you want to mess up your holiday.
Worst Customer Service ever. First opodo deletes the first segment on my itinerary and send an email to get it sorted with Airlines. The service agent admit that Opodo has deleted the segment and assure to resolve the issue but nothing moves. All you get is an email from backend team to sort it out with Airlines. Travel Agent is supposed to make your journey but Opodo works in opposite direction.

Don’t pay for Prime or Price Freeze.
Opodo price freeze is worthless. If your flights rise by more than £50, which most likely they will, the price freeze isn’t valid.
In the time I’ve been using Opodo Prime I haven’t seen any deals that I can’t find cheaper elsewhere.

Bunch of scammers - Hidden Charges
Unauthorised Charges and Poor Customer Support.
I had an extremely stressful and unacceptable experience with , and I strongly advise others to avoid this company.
Without my consent, Opodo enrolled me into a “Prime membership” and charged £100 from my account. I never signed up for this. When I called to cancel, instead of resolving the issue they refused to sort it our.
I would never recommend Opodo to anyone - avoid.
