One time from this website I withdraw my money but after that second time when I tried to withdraw my money it's said I have to verify my account with driving licence the same I did. But after that, it showed it was successful but my account was banned . They said I had violated their rule. I asked specifically what I did wrong but they only said they had to Ban my account without any reason.

To redeem points they insist on me providing driving licence or passport but are not accepting PAN CARD, AADHAR CARD OR VOTER'S ID provided by the government of India. I have been working with them for over a decade. My earnings are stucked there. I cannot redeem points I have earned. I can no more trust this company

Daily I used to get survey at 8:00am, when clicked on the link it reads no surveys available. Some survey length is just 20- 25 minutes but to finish it takes more than 45- 1 hr. In most cases you spend 30 min on survey at the end you don't quality. That really hurts. But the best part of this panel is instant payout.
I have been for more than seven months but able to redeem only twice. Its just a waste if time.

The brand wants to verify my account with driving licence or passport, why not with Adhar card or Pancard, what they do with this documents, opinion world please answer my question, if you are seeing you questions. Today this website not let me withdraw my hard earned money because of I don't have this documents. And when I message them through help section for helping me , they didn't reply my message.

This is the worst site for surveys ever. I spent more than an hour completing a survey and it was done with the thank you screen , only after the redirect opinion world says i was not qualified. That is in short not paying for surveys (1hr). This happened twice. I would just say yo steer clear of this survey site.

Unprofessional and unfair reward redemption. The AI verification done by Veriff for Opinion World only accepts Driving License and Passport, but not Aadhaar card or PAN card or EPIC (Voter-id) card. But, on Veriff website, it is shown that PAN card, Aadhaar card and EPIC card are acceptable documents. It is a scam. My hard earned survey reward is now gone thanks to this scam. Customer-care of Opinion world refused to help, and Veriff did not even bother to respond. Fraud and looters.

I have already lodged a complaint inclaims .just posting here to let everyone know that this company is really impudent.The worst part is after suspending me for no rhyme or reason,they have not even let me redeem my points close to 10 k after repeated reportings.obe of the worst customer service personnel.especially a very nonsensical agent called Cess.

day by day their service getting worse, they don't pay for surveys which i completed with more than 80 to 90 minutes and service support request in pending since last 10 or more days they don't even response

I have 1086points while verifying my account I tried 2-3times and at the end I successfully completed my verification and then suddenly my account is locked now I'm even not able to login I write in help section but still I didn't receive any reply so please return my account my user id is mzaid0022

WORST EXPERIENCE.

Despite informing Opinion World through you, they continue to "PLAY WITH ME" by sending false Invitations for completing surveys every day at 8.00 hrs. Indian Standard Time. Today also the same continued.
Surprising that despite informing you & Opinion World about this "GAME" being played, no corrective action has been taken till date. Also, Opinion World has not acknowledged receipt of my complaints as of date.
Its unfortunate that Attachments can not be loaded through TRUST PILOT>

they are the most fake people..the executives of this panel. they rarely help and randomly deactivates id. i and my 2 friends use this site. but they randomly deactivated my and one of my friends id stating that we have violated terms. despite of many requests they still haven't activated our ids. worst panel worst.
