Openstart ticks all the boxes right.
It is a good company to rent a PCO Licenced car for work, If you are looking for one.
I have been with them for almost six months and so far it has been a smooth ride.
Their customer service is friendly and has always been prompt at replying to me when ever I needed to contact them.
I don't see any reason to look elsewhere as Openstart appears positive on all the aspects of the trade and their deals are better then the rest of the PCO Licenced Minicab rental companies available out there.
They are definitely way ahead of the rest of the competitors in the trade.

Great company to go with, no issue with them. Easy to get a car with. Help the driver out when needed. Only issue when it comes to services and changing minor stuff. Halford autocentre are the worse to go to. Hope Openstart or Brunel find another company for their services.

Openstart is a professional company with highly knowledgeable and motivated staff. Cars are in excellent condition and of a high spec.
After a recent non fault accident the staff were very helpful and I was in a courtesy car within 24 hrs. They do not have an out of hours phone number. But no matter as soon as they were opened for business they were on it.
They have recently imposed a 13% per week increase in fees which equates to £39 per week. Which is a little over £2000 per year. A little hard to swallow. But it’s their business but over 500-600 cars that is a substantial rise in one hike.
But overall a good and efficient company.
