Job done
The engineer was on time, worked efficiently and got the job done without any mess.
Excellent service from Abbie
Our engineer was Abbie and she was amazing. Friendly and polite she was professional and obviously very knowledgeable and passionate about delivering a great customer experience.
Never Trust BT to install an ‘upgrade’
No one at BT seems to have realised that the router we had needed replacing as part of the process as it could not cope with Full Fibre. WiFi appeared to work initially after some initial problems but then broke down an hour after the engineer left. An hour and 15 mins on the phone to BT later and the WiFi is now useless. New kit being sent but engineer appointment yet to be fixed. Complete nightmare that could have been avoided if you did your jobs properly.
Laughable because as soon as we got the notification my wife and I said ‘bet it does not work’.
To think that one of the many text messages reminding me about the appointment included a warning of a £50 charge if we were not at home - cheeky bastards!

No router box came so no wifi for 2 days i had to chase it up 20 minutes on phone about 12 texts and emails from you to remind me of my appointment i booked it so i knew when it was really not good customer service

The lady that done the work was very efficient and clean worker could not be faulted ,also a very nice person
Wiring on the outside of the house…
Wiring on the outside of the house looks abysmal - wires hanging loose no thought in where the wiring should go / travel around the outside of the property.
Didn’t check before they left and I should have - hold my hands up I failed.
Trying to get in touch Openreach / Sky - trying to get someone out is unbelievably or believably difficult, when speaking to operators both blame the other 🤷🏻 - so the saga continues/ no conclusion as of yet 😡
Engineer came
Engineer came, checked and said he will be back in 30 mins and he never back. Left with incomplete. He didn’t say nothing and still I have no Internet no installation made. No explanation, made I have been waiting for three hours for him to come back but he didn’t. I never seen anything like this. this was ridiculous.
Good experience
I was kept informed about what was happening . The engineer was helpful and polite while working in difficult conditions
Service connection
The wire for the connection has not been fitted cleanly and is a little short so is untidy. The cover put on the wall where the wire comes into the house came off after a few days.

The engineer came to fit the new…
The engineer came to fit the new broadband which then left our phones not working. We told the engineer before he left that the phones were not working and they didn’t do anything . So today we have no working phones and intermittently our card machines have not been working. No one has come back onsite to fix.
