Ive only been working with Opal as an agency Dental nurse for 1 month now and I can honestly say its the best decision ive made !!! The team are great, really friendly and always easy, quick to accessabily get in touch with. They are very flexible with shifts and understanding and It was really straightforward to set up too. They've given me shifts pretty close to where I live too and all the practices have been a plesent experiance to work in. I would highly recrommened Opal to any dental nurse. I wish I did it sooner !!!!

Started working as a locum in July and it's been an amazing experience! The team is always really friendly and very helpful with whatever you need. Payment always on time and no problem getting shifts either. I was very nervous about starting locum work, but now my confidence has grown and I absolutely love it! Would definitely recommend working for Opal 😁

Would highly recommend working for Opal, I start late January and I’ve loved working with the team and at the different practise. They’re super flexible with the shifts I need and if I want to do over they most likely have the shifts for me so I work as much as I like. Staff are lovely and always so understanding when life gets in the way!

I started working with Opal Dental Locums in December and it was the best decision I ever made, I love working for an agency and being able to meet so many new people allows me to gain a load of experience.
They are amazing at finding suitable shifts that work for me and being able to work flexible hours has been amazing as I run my own business the rest of the time.
I recommend this agency to any nurse I meet, payment is always on time, the team are all lovely and I have had no problems with getting shifts on the days I would like to work. 🩷

Haven’t been with opal that long but don’t have a bad word to say. Shifts are great with my flexibility and it’s great to have that chance to work at different practices and meet new people. If I need off it’s use the app which is so simple and easy to use and the team are great would defo recommend!

I joined Opal Dental Locums a couple of weeks ago after seeing there add on indeed, they are a very friendly team of people and are at the end of the phone if you ever need them, before going to my first shift I was very nervous as I’ve only ever worked in a little private one dentist environment, but when I went to pick up my uniform I was warmly greeted by Lisa who took time out to speak with me and reassure me that I would be fine, and she was right😊
I would highly recommend Opal Dental Locums, in the short few weeks since I joined Opal my life has changed for the better due to the great rates of pay and most importantly the flexibility.

Having never worked as a locum dental nurse before , opal were fantastic professional and very helpful from the start . I was very nervous for my first shift but afterwards I felt empowered and confident for another shift . I love the flexibility and work when i feel I need to compliment my permanent work . Pay is good and always on time .

Opal are absolutely the best dental agency to work for. They are super helpful right from signing up to booking your shifts.
The Opal app that we use is amazing and easy to use. All the information you need in one place including directions to the practice!
Opal is great for me for flexibility, I can choose when to work and how many days I want to work on a week to week basis, no need to ask for time off just make yourself unavailable on the app!
The bookings team are awesome, always asking first if I can do a shift and they work so hard to keep you booked up. They always pass on feedback from the practices which is always nice to hear and the practices that I have worked at have all been great. The pay is also very competitive compared to other agencies. The team at Opal definitely look after you and they are always making sure you are ok. My only regret is, that I wish I had joined them sooner!

Opal dental locums are very reliable & have been great help for last minute cover in emergencies. All of their nurses are excellent at what they do and very friendly, It has been a pleasure to have them at our practice.

I have been working for Opal now since Mar 2020, I love my job and the team are great!
Very flexible shifts to work around my family life and Jon and the team do their best to accommodate me.
I know it can seem daunting not knowing how a practice is ran or where anything is but 99% of the time the team are really helpful and don’t expect you to know either.
I wouldn’t want to work for any other agency.

I have been working with Opal since Nov 21, within this time I have became a more confident person which is all down to the support from the Opal team, so I thank you all. My time with Opal has gone so quickly I can't believe I have been with them over a year already. Time flies when you are having fun. They do say find a job you love and you will never work a day in your life. And i really do feel this way working for Opal. I would recommend joining to anybody I know.

I enjoy working for Opal they are super supportive and helpful and I enjoy the flexibility of hours and days I choose to work. It has helped me alot with learning new things in dentistry and lots of new experiences with practices and people it has helped me greatly with my confidence and I’m glad to be part of the team.
