Be careful of hidden additional fees
The initial advertised price is not what you pay at the end as expected. They add additional substantial fees on check out so don’t be fooled that they are the cheapest. This is misrepresentation and deceiving. Not sure why they have a. High score in Trustpilot.

Good price, good tracking, ticket issued on time
I found my flight itinerary for a good price and was able to track my reservation until the ticket was issued around 60-70 hours from my booking, which was as advertised.

Oojo = Scammers!
If I could give them a lower review I would and I have lodged a complaint with the OACP. I booked a flight from Calgary to Montreal on the 1st of July, as I'm pitching a tech conference on the 8th. I called on and spoke to a rep on the 3rd on July for an update as the ticket was still marked as processing and was informed I would get a call back..nothing. Today is the 5th of July, the ticket is still pending and when I called and spoke a rep named Toshiba, I was told the ticket can't be issued because the fair had changed since the date I purchased it. Now I'm expected to come out of my own pocket and pay $600 more because they didn't confirm and issue the ticket when I paid for. He was rude and hung up when I advised them that I was recording the call and will contact the OACP and IATA to report their conduct. Now I'm faced with with missing the conference because flights are understandably higher at this late point. Oojo are a bunch of scammers, point blank! Don't use them even if the fair is appealing, they will rob you. FYI they are using bots and employees to write positive reviews in the hope of suppressing genuine negative reviews!

truly effective customer service
Was diligently notified multiple times after my card declined, and the customer service agent was remarkably polite especially when I asked to cancel my reservation after realizing the price was in another currency. Completely my fault, though I would have appreciated some pointer that confirmed the currency. Pricing was just beat by a little bit after the conversion, but it was still competitive. Overall experience was very smooth all things accounted for, and would definitely consider again for my next travel.

They did not fulfill my booking. I had to pay twice for one flight. Customer service is horrible.. They almost get me stranded in Istanbul! Never use this again
