La taglia del prodotto non è stata sostituita come richiesto, sono stata costretta a fare il reso e ad aspettare il rimborso per eventualmente acquistare il capo di nuovo. E' un processo disturbante, complicato e che danneggia l'acquirente, soprattutto considerando che si stanno acquistando capi di abbigliamento online non avendo la possibilità di provarli per avere certezza che la taglia acquistata sia adeguata. Inoltre non è scritto in nessuna fase del processo di acquisto che il cambio taglia non è consentito e che perciò i capi si possono solo rendere con rimborso.
