I love oodles it amazing would recommend

This is my second visit to the Walsall branch where I took my three daughters. All I can say is I wish I’d took them sooner! Absolutely delicious hot and tasty with lots of choices. Establishment is absolutely spotless and the staff were really lovely. It was my birthday and they gave me some complimentary spring rolls which I thought was lovely. Thank you so much for such tasty food!

Ordered a large portion of the sweet and sour chicken and also some crispy chicken and what I received was about 6 pieces of disgusting stuff can't be described as chicken this is the worst takeaway experience I have ever had save your money and take your business elsewhere

This was the worst take away meal I have ever had and to top it off it arrived 50 minutes after the last delivery time,save your money buy a bag of crisps and a chocolate bar and you will also avoid the frustration

I bought a regular box of noodles with chilli chicken and crispy chicken. Also got some chips with it. I was disappointed because I found around 5pieces of chicken in my box. Not Value for money at all. Wouldn’t buy again.

Ordered 2 Sweet and Sour Chicken via Uber Eats. The dishes were spicy, neither sweet not sour, and tasted like Pork. Uber refunded my £10 for £30 outlay on something I didn't ask for. Will not be giving this franchise a 2nd chance considering Pork is controversial. My wife did not appreciate the mouthful she took in good faith. I didn't enjoy the sample I had either. Both went in the bin they were born from!

Disgusting seating area. Food left on floor and tables by previous customers. The sofa seating area was very horrendous with food stains and dust stuck on it.

I will not be visiting again.

Southall branch

Absolutely shocking got about 5 finger nails worth of chicken and about 5kg worth of rice, would highly recommend you do not go near this place and for the spring rolls you could inhale with one bite.

For the sticky note that you send with the order stating “help us improve share your opinion” well this is my advice shut the gaff down.

My servers, finley, was a great help when choosing what to get in my box. The food was amazing and really hit the spot. Definitely recommend

They have an app that lets you order for delivery. Problem is they have no drivers yet still take your order and your money.

You're left waiting, wondering where your food is and then have to call them after an hour to be told the truth. The restaurant can't cancel the order and refund you either.

Surely this is basics, right? If you can't deliver, don't allow people to order a delivery service!

My first time trying Oodles in Bruce Grove. Lovely staff and lovely options. Also open late!!! They are will see me again :)

The staff are a absolute joke, called to ask how long my delivery would be and the hung up on me so called back and got nothing but abuse, took 2 and half hours to get our food and it was cold

My experience with oodles is great the food is amazing and flavourful and the spice packs a punch the staff are Kind and helpful

Worse chinese takeaway I've ever had. Food arrived looking like mush and 20% of the order was missing. Fortunately I ordered the hottest items on the menu so that I ended up with at least some flavour. Was offered a free meal next visit but that's never going to happen. "Once bitten twice shy".

Hoe street branch

The dumplings were sold out but still on the menu- they should put a sticker saying sold out. Secondly, they got noodles labelled SPICY beef noodles. It was not spicy at all and the beef was really chewy and so were the noodles. The overall experience was OK.

Great service delicious food always fresh

Me and my wife love oodles. We’ve been going since they opened on Loughborough and we’ve been every week since. Great price amazing food.

Some people are really deaf — you ask about shrimps and you get chicken. I would never ever go there, no matter what.
