Worst👎 service ever I have seen
Hi, Your service is very worst👎👎 I have ever seen, we had a conversation with your department and they said website will be live in 2 to 3 hours but after 36 hours I'm writing this review to inform all of you, don't buy any kind of services from "Onohosting"

And inform other as much as you can!
Without any notice they are changing server, and we're not sure about, are they actually doing server migration or they're sharing data with china 🇨🇳

My site was constantly down for past few weeks and Today I get know that they're doing server migration with different nameserver. It will worked fine for few days then true colours were seen upon usage.

After there server migration it started working good however a had short term site down issue. But it's working good for now. Let's see what happens next.

Worst hosting provider
On Feb 20 there server went down and they said it will be correct in 2-4 hours. The Time I'm writing review, it's been more than 30 hours but still not repaired.

Buts it's still down so it's showing that you are very unprofessional also if it's will be not live in a bit .

Please refund it my payment ASAP..

Update:
After 4 days and posting this review they finally got me up and running. So far no other issues.

I purchased a year service and cant access anything because when you try to login to the website it asks for an OTP code sent to your phone but the problem is I'm not receiving the code. I've been speaking to support for 3 days and they keep telling me to submit a ticket but I can't because that requires the OTP code, they asked me to email ID to verify which I did they still havent fixed and are non responsive. I cant even get in to cancel and I've asked for a refund but nothing. Do not waste your money and get scammed from this company

Despite all the other perks they have the one that stands out is this is the only best hosting company that provided amazing support so far.

The quick support of the Support agent saved my day, while troubleshooting method.

Good support services & support staff are also nice. I am using services from past 3 months, after using their services I can say onohosting company is the best Web hosting provider in India with very cheap prices.

What a wonderful team that have...

This provider from the North is the most unprofessional hosting company. Absolutely zero accountability. They managed to change name servers twice in 10 days. Did not bother informing me by call / sms / email. Their telephone support is non existent. Online chat ppl are clueless. I had requested them to help me change the name servers, but they refuse to do it. Please dont use Onohosting servers at all !!!

Such an idiotic firm. People don't buy hosting here. Most of the time their servers are down. And the people don't responsibility and they don't intimate if they change nameservers. And whole team is very worst and don't have proper knowledge. We have 5 websites in their server. For the past 4 days all websites and emails are down until now. I have called many times and raised ticket also, but still no use. I have create tickets also. So please don't and regret.

Worst hosting provider I've ever used. They chenge nameservers frequently without giving you any prior notice therefore websites hosted there stops working frequently. Avoid this hosting provider.

The first 2-3 days were good, and the support team response is quick. But shared hosting which I tried is very bad, your website IP keeps changing, so if your domain name is from some other hosting service, be ready for hell. IP keeps changing. so you have to keep updating your DNS settings.

I used many hosting before but onohosting is best overall what a great customer support, i like onohosting better than GoDaddy and hostinger,
