Excellent experience. We have bought tickets to concerts, sporting events, a musical. We have not had a bad experience. Tickets have always arrived when promised. The seats have been exactly what we expected. I feel like we can buy from online ticket express with confidence.

I was an unfortunate recipient of a double sold ticket from a vendor to a Barcelona show! When I contacted Online ticket express about it they swiftly ddi an investigation and refunded my money. I could complain that I was inconvenienced, but so was Online ticket express. They are not at fault because some creep took my money... They actually got stiffed too. they gave my money back! THANKS FOR GREAT BUSINESS INTEGRITY

I used Hot football tickets first time, there for I didn't understand the system cleary. But I chated with custmer service and they were really kind and helped me a lot. Even through my English is not perfect, they tried to understand and explain.

Bought tickets for The World Cup 2018 (Morocco va Portugal) they cancelled them on game day and so I ended up watching the game on a big screen

I went all the way to Russia to watch the game on a big screen

Compare prices. Online tickets express is the best price for the same seats. Smooth checkout process and the tickets were delivered quickly.

Its unfortunate that I have to give a bad review but the customer service that I have been provided is terrible. I have purchased two tickets for a Liverpool game in April 2020. After buying them I realised that a seat number had not been designated. So to be sure that I got the best seat possible within my budget I decided that I would like to upgrade to a different section. I emailed them to ask for an upgrade (and obviously paying the difference) to which I got a reply that they had sent my request to the department in charge and would keep me updated. This was almost 3 weeks ago. I still had not heard anything back after 1 week so I emailed them again to which I got no reply. So a few days later I emailed again, this time I got the same automated response that it was sent to the department in charge. Again another week has passed with no reply.
With the price that we are paying for tickets on this site I would expect better service than this. I could ask for a refund but I would be losing money as I have read that they only provide 65% of the price paid. Even if they provided me a seat number I could then decide if it was worth it to not move. But I am getting no reply at all. Very very poor service.
