Stay stay stay away from this company

Stay stay stay away from this company, absolutely scammers, zero communication, doesn't answer the phone, no reply, I've asked many times for cancellation and refund, no answer, absolutely disgusting, they shouldn't be banned from running a business.

Absolutely disgusting

Absolutely disgusting! Ordered a sofa, no delivery until after a month. In that time the lack of contact/communication was shocking. Extremely rude, zero customer service. Eventually the sofa was delivered to which only half of the sofa was delivered!! I proceeded to try and get the other half delivered or a refund, but was told they would not deliver the other half and for me to get a refund i would have to send the half sofa back at my own expense! Never had such a horrific experience. Avoid at all cost!

AVOID THIS ORGANISATION

This company in conjunction with Leather Sofa World does not provide any update on delayed or late orders.
The website sends broken links.
When trying to check an order you will experience a departmental roundabout between Furniture Wholesale and Leather Sofa World and no one seems to know what is going on.
Do not expect any kind of acknowledgement or correspondence to emails.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

Oh my goodness, STEER CLEAR !!!!
Ordered a sofa from Wowcher which was NOT advertised as being supplied by this company. It was advertised as another.

If I could give this company negative stars then I would. Guess I’ll have to settle for the 1star rating.

Firstly, we was told two consecutive Thursdays that the sofa would be delivered and told we would get a delivery slot the day before. On the Wednesday before the 2nd Thursday, my partner called the company as had no delivery slot. He was told 6am-7am the following Saturday.

Less than 24 hours before the sofa was due to be delivered. We got an email from someone called Ella to say it was out of stock. We were offered an alternative sofa which sells at £100 more, however it wasn’t what we ordered. I spoke back and forth with this lady and my partner and we agreed we DID NOT want the alternative sofa. We would wait until mid May for the original one to come into stock. Ella kept telling me that the new sofa is £100 more, but I kept reminding her it isn’t what we ordered which she clearly didn’t want to listen to this.

5 minutes after I spoke to her, telling her to cancel Saturdays delivery and wait until May, she then called my partner and told him they’d just had a cancellation on the sofa we originally ordered and it will be delivered as planned Saturday 6-7am.

Well well well, if that wasn’t enough of a ball ache!!! Come Saturday morning, up early to make sure there’s space for the sofa etc. and no one turns up. We get a phone call at 7.30am to say the vans broken down on the m25. Ok, not their fault - if this is true! Promised delivery 6-7am the following morning - which is a Sunday!?

Well Sunday rolls around. The sofa arrives. I send my partner out to the van to make sure it’s the correct sofa. And to our surprise, they’ve sent THE ALTERNATIVE SOFA which I told them numerous times we do NOT WANT. Not only this, but we ordered a full corner sofa and they sent us an L shape.

I asked the driver for an out of hours number for their office, or a number to ring, and I was told they wasn’t open until Tuesday. Then 5 minutes later he went off and phoned someone and spoke in a different language but I heard him say ‘Verona fullback’ so he was obviously discussing the sofa.

Guess we’re now going to have to have to try get a refund. STEER CLEAR.

I purchased a portobello cord brown…

I purchased a portobello cord brown footstool and received the wrong one. I was sent the Jumbo cord top cushion on the footstool which doesn't match my sofa! Have sent 3 emails now and no replies to date. Very disappointing and poor customer service.

Absolutely Amazing!!!!!!!!

Sofa arrived today 7 days early but plenty of warning. They messaged and called the day before and called half an hour before arrival. delivery guys are absolutely amazing.. very friendly and helpful even though they had just driven from Birmingham to Dundee over night. Sofa is better than the picture. absolutely amazing for the price. Five stars all round!!! only thing that would bother some people is delivery was 6:30am but that didn't bother me 🙂

This is the worst company I have ever…

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. First of all they delivered the wrong couch and when I contacted them to fix the problem the person I spoke to on the phone was very unhelpful. Nevertheless, they agreed to get the correct couch sent out but it has now been two weeks later since they said the replacement couch would be sent and still has not arrived. Now I have to arrange something from elsewhere but have to wait god knows how long for a refund.

They are a sham company who clearly have no idea how to run a business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

*avoid at all cost *ordered a sofa via groupon woman called Tina rang with attitude saying I was not getting my right handed sofa I could have a left handed one or a refund explained I needed the right one & her attitude was well tough I rang 5 days later as groupon told me to call them on calling told I would receive in 3 days only for the day after to get an email stating there was none in stock & was getting a refund. All I can say is thank god I got a refund after reading these reviews this company needs a crash course in customer service & sofas in stock

If there were negative stars to give to…

If there were negative stars to give to this company I honestly would. I ordered my sofa back in July and has been nothing but a nightmare!!! no communication from the company and it is constantly having to be me who has to chase them!!! First of all the manufacturer had closed down for two weeks which then turned to 4 weeks, then they had "run out of fabric, after that they could not deliver as the van was out for servicing (keep in mind this was over a period of three months). As compensation they had offered me a footstool which never arrived with the sofa (because after chasing they had run out of material...AGAIN). After chasing them again they said the fabric had been discontinued and have offered me a so called refund which i am still waiting for...4 months later.
Stay well away from this company...they advertise their sofas through Groupon, EBay and Amazon but do not state the compant name because they have such a bad reputation, i do not know how they are still in business and why people even choose to work there. The staff are rude, threaten to hang up the phone on you and do not even have a clue what they are doing! Deffos one for WatchDog!!!

Unprofessional Company

Like everyone else, I bought on Groupon and delivery was advertised for 1 week.

Then they text to say that it’s delayed and it will be delivered in 1-3 weeks but they couldn’t tell me when. Customer service were stand-offish on the phone and tried to get rid of me when I was calling to confirm a delivery date so I could actually book it off work.

I’ll await to see what the quality is like as it’s not yet been delivered but I do not have high hopes and I’m starting to regret ordering. I’ll update my review if/when the sofa arrives.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. Got a deal on Groupon. Meant to be a week for delivery - we got one sofa a month later. They supplied us with another cord sofa so we had somewhere to sit while we waited for our three seater to come into stock. We were told 2 weeks ago that the sofa was now in stock so would be with us Sunday - nope! Despite them having the sofa in stock they hadn't bothered to deliver it. Awaiting a phone call from a manager ( who I have spoken to before) but we are now going to be at least 3 months from the point of order to the arrival of my full set. The guy on the phone is an absolute joke as well - his time is so rude and he obviously does not give a toss.

A pleasant experience

Sofas were 2 weeks late, but the company made contact well in advance to advise of this. The sofas came on the revised date, company called the day before to make sure it was ok. Driver called half an hour before his arrival. All in all a decent experience.

Please do not use this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please do not use this company. I’m currently in the process of trying to get a refund. 5 weeks I’ve waited for them to deliver the couch I ordered and I’ve received (the second) voicemail today telling me it will be at least another 2 weeks. Delivery was promised within 7 working days.

Apart from one lovely girl, the staff are rude and have zero Interest in helping or giving out information. It’s just “take it or leave it”

1/10 and that’s for the nice girl I spoke to.

Rude staff... awful service!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Absolute disgrace of a company. Staff are the rudest people I have ever had to deal with when contacting customer service!!!

Despite it advertising that the delivery would be within 7 days (Monday to Friday), I was told the delivery could only be made on a Sunday in Scotland, which is no good as I work weekends. Wouldn’t even offer any sort of help or alternative.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Do not bother this company is a nightmare, my sofa orders was delayed for nearly a month. I then receive a competent different ugly sofa on the day it has been hell just spend your money elsewhere

Month late

A month late with sofa. No member of management calls back. Rude staff. Keep booking days off for delivery then getting let down last minute. The materials not in or the pallets late or not sure where its up too. Never use them they are awful. We had a temporary sofa and even the delivery guys said how awful and unreliable they are
