Ordered some specialized "cool grey 2 layer" paint for my bike to touch up some paintwork damage. Double checked it was right colour. Quick delivery but the colour is not a good match, it is visible where its been touched up from a mile off as the shade is definitely a different shade to what it should be. A bit disappointed

My first time buying from OPS and I have to say I’m very impressed, prices are fantastic, shipping times are phenomenally quick and their products are made to a high standard or carefully chosen from another vendor.
I think for 5 stars maybe more information could be included on each product sold, some products, such as the 2K epoxy primer, is made by a German company and is a very high quality item with one detail that should be included in my opinion, and that is it cannot be used on thermoplastics (such as ABS), I unfortunately needed it for ABS so will have to use it for different project. It could be my fault, I could have emailed beforehand to make sure it was good for my project.
But all in all a good experience and am happy with the other paints I have received (packing, shipping and price wise). I have yet to use the 2K paints but I’m sure they will be fine.

Fast delivery and the paint colour matches the one on my bike frame.
Could have done with a smaller quantity as I've only needed a touch up. The minimum quantity available would possibly allow one to do a whole bike frame.

"delivery" issues,they sell paint they dont have. Basically a drop shop

amazing dispatch and delivery time, items were with us within 24 hours.
However withing 3 days of buying the paint one of the pots have leaked due to a faulty fitting cap.
I reached out to them and they replied staright away but the result was an apology and "thanks for the feedback". Gee thanks guys i kinda needed a relpacement pot of paint thats now everywhere other than the pot its supposed to be.

Website easy to navigate and ordering process straight forward. Delivery was fast and although not right first time, it was rectified very quickly. It's how hurdles are managed that show a true reflection of a business.

Prompt and efficient delivery of a product difficult to buy elsewhere. All I need now is HMG Coma Berenice varnish!

Phoned to check if the powder was in stock & was told it was & if I ordered before 1pm it would be with me next working day. So ordered it online at 11am on the Thursday as I needed it for the weekend. So Friday no delivery, Saturday no delivery & spoke to them on Monday after the weekend only to be told it not even been shipped yet. This is my first order and probably my last as I told my customer that yes they had it in stock so I'll have it on the Friday & the wheels will be ready to collect on Monday. Now they won't be ready till Wednesday assuming the powder does arrive on the Tuesday
