Dishonest with pricing, invoices items that have not shipped, does not post payments received and withholds orders. Horrible to work with. Not worth dealing with these people.

Not sure what your situation is, but what you describe would be similiar to what a customer who is not current on their invoice payments would experience. In that case, payments made would be applied to the oldest outstanding invoice, and then orders placed afterwards would be held until any remaining outstanding invoices are paid.

Terrible service from OnlineMetals - never using them again
My most recent order with OnlineMetals is late, and of unknown status. I've callled them, they said it will ship the next day, they said they would update the order status on their website, then... nothing. I've contacted them through their site .... nothing. I have no idea if they will ship anything. My project is sitting waiting for the materials they promised for weeks ago that were paid for weeks ago.
