Price was very competitive. They didn't have the part I required readily available and provided multiple options. Part was delivered within 2 business days, very happy!

Absolutely bowled over by the quality of the showroom and how much quality choice is available here. I was shown around by Phil who was really helpful with his vast knowledge of the products. You can spend quality time here and not be rushed into deciding until you are sure about the products.

I will defiantly recommend dale bathrooms.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY
Paid nearly £7000 for a bathroom 03/03/2019 fixtures & fittings, instillation the works. 10/03/19 fitters arrive (great team of contractors) firstly the ceiling we ordered was mis-soled by the salesman so had to change it, then we were told “we” had changed our minds on the shower as he had ordered the wrong tray (had to pay extra £200) then to top it off, the tiles we ordered were not available so we had to source them elsewhere making a total of Over £800 refund which I am STILL waiting for 10/05/19!
Dreadful service don’t bother, just call the contractors they use & cut them out.

Just wanted to share with everyone my experience with using this company, as I feel people should be warned before purchasing an item from Online Bathrooms. Unfortunately it has now got to a point where I have to use Trust Pilot as means of communication with this business as I feel completely ignored as a customer.

I shall bullet the facts as they stand:

Order Date: Sunday 07 July, 2013
Product: Atlantic Square Thermostatic Shower (unsure they stock this any more)
5 years warranty advertised when bought.

Two problems raised on 23 December 2014
1) Square shower head plating peeling off and beginning to show signs of rust (no harsh chemicals used to clean)

2) Cold Mixer handle very difficult to turn to cold position.

A response was received by Online Bathrooms for faulty shower head which was replaced. Great job quick turnaround.

On the 25/01/2015 I emailed the company chasing for an update for the Cold Mixer handle being very difficult to turn.

A handle was sent to try and rectify the cold mixer issue. However this did not solve the problem. Things start to go downhill from here.

I then chased for an update on the May 18, 2015 , 26/05/2015 , (Telephone calls were also made)

On the 25/08/2015 I finally get a response. However after being told that this issue will be looked at nothing has happened since.

I called the company again to be advised that someone will call back. Nobody has.

To summarise communication has been very poor by both telephone and email.

To this date the issue is still not fixed and I am left with a shower which is unable to change the temperature very easily, to a point where it is not fit for use.

I personally feel completely let down by Online Bathrooms for 1st selling a poor quality product and secondly providing abysmal customer service.

The customer should not have to keep chasing for an update and an issue reported should certainly not be dragged out for almost a year.

I have not even received an apology for the inconvenience or an explanation as to what is happening. I hope Online Bathrooms can learn from these failings and improve.

I personally have lost faith in Online Bathrooms rectifying this issue and shall look at purchasing a replacement shower unit elsewhere (this is going to cost me extra in a replacement unit and a plumber to fit it).

I will certainly not be using Online Bathrooms again. I accept that things go wrong however what sets a company apart from its competitors is the way that they deal with customer complaints and rectify their issues as quickly as possible and not bury their heads in the sand hoping the customer goes away.

Anyway I shall let the reader of this review make their own opinion and hope nobody else experiences the same problems I have had.

Like the previous reviewer I also ordered a mirror from this company on 12th April. On their web site it stated that delivery was free but I received a phone call on the 15th April to say that as the mirror was out of stock it would need to be supplied direct from the manufacturer and that delivery would cost £15. As a result I decided to cancel the order and purchase elsewhere. However I have still not received a refund. I have phoned several times to enquire what is happening and been told that the payment is pending. The last time I phoned I asked why it was taking so long and was told they would investigate and get back to me....needless to say I have heard nothing since and am still waiting 4 weeks later.

Ordered a mirror on line a week later I looked at the order and it was cancelled because they did not have any but still took money and never let me know so I have been waiting for a refund now for 30 days and still not got it I would advise people to avoid this con artist of a comany like the plague they are theifs. dont try their online chat it takes for ever to get an answer then they log you out been waiting for an answer on it now for 45 mins and still not has a reply as to where and why i have not got my cash back. they dont call or email you even though they say they do I emailed but got no reply, i asked for a manager to speak to me but no call

The suite was excellent quality and very good value for money. Communication, especially Kelly was superb.
The product was well packaged, all complete and delivered by a very considerate delivery company.
A really easy transaction, very friendly and helpful with good knowledge on the products sold as we had many questions before we bought.
We recommend using online bathrooms.

We had been looking around to refit our bathroom, and amazed at some of the prices around. A friend told us about Onlinebathrooms, and couldn't believe the price reductions for quality goods. The ordering online was user friendly and very slick. Tracking the order was easy, and delivery efficient, giving regular updates on times etc. All the goods were well packed. Great service. I would use them again.

Amazing company!

We ordered most of the things we need for our new bathroom fit in November, and it's just being installed. After checking what he was going to be working with, our builder has been extremely impressed with the quality. He had just been fitting three bathrooms in a large house, before ours, and he was saying that the owners had paid a small fortune for their fittings (some exactly the same as ours). We lucked out on that front. In addition, every member of staff I've spoken to has been so helpful and positive - and just plain nice. A long time since I've had that sort of shopping experience. Would highly recommend.

Trailed all the Bathroom websites for weeks looking for the best deal i could find because there was so many Bathroom websites around i made sure i did my research. Am More then Happy i choose Onlinebathrooms because the Goods arrived within 2 days and were better then i thought, Well Done to Onlinebathrooms

We ordered a Victorian styled toilet from Onlinebathrooms, the toilet was ideal and was exactly what we were after. The toilet we ordered was rapidly despatched and when it arrived, was well packed. Through-out the order, we had good communication with Kelly from Onlinebathrooms, and it was a perfect buyer experience

Ordered a product through the website on 19th September - was given a delivery date. On the date I kept calling the courier company asking for an estimated time of delivery and kept being given different times. At 19:30 in the evening was called by the courier to say they had been let down by their agency driver. I accepted this and agreed for the product to be delivered on another date before 12. Called the courier company on the day and was told it would definitely be with me before 12. At 11:50 I called them back and was told it would be with me by 12:15. I said it needed to be as I had to go out - needless to say it didn't turn up. I had to go to a work so left and called online bathrooms whilst in the car. I asked for a refund for the delivery based on my experience which I had to argue for. The refund was then agreed and I am still waiting for it after numerous calls and emails.
