Here is a tech guy who knows what he is doing. Fixed my daughter's laptop cracked screen within 24 hours! Lee is a honest, reliable guy and reasonably priced as well. So glad I found him during this lockdown.

Fantastic service from Lee, not only did he try valiantly to save my 9 year old laptop but, went over & above dealing with the initial problem. Sadly, couldn't save the laptop but, he transferred all my data, documents & pictures to a replacement laptop. set me up with cloud account for safe storage, then went on to sort out my wifi printer & enabled me to print from my iPad & iPhone too. Had a slight issue with the laptop battery & Lee ordered a replacement immediately, he then took the time to call over the weekend to check everything was working & I was happy. Great customer service, highly recommend onITEK Solutions, & will definitely use Lee's expertise in the future, thanks so much Lee

Lee installed the Ring doorbell and we also called him to come a second time to instal a few more devices. He had great knowledge of how it all works and took time to provide some training to us too. He took time to ensure the placing of the devices was just right for us and can also fix the devices on the wall (he doesn't do just the IT bits). He ensured that everything worked perfectly before he left. If you're looking for a Ring installer I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Onitek.

Lee with Onitek Solutions is a totally amazing service. Lee will sort out any PC/laptop/iPhone/iPad issue. But best of all he responds instantly - always same day ! He will either come round, if it cannot be done on-line or sort out the issue with Team-Viewer - a programme to take over your computer remotely, essential during self isolation, Having said that, and given the right precautions, he will still come round armed with gloves and sanitiser [ he fixed my laptop in the garden ] He will offer advice on the phone without charge.
Cannot recommend him highly enough, one of the must have guys in your life !!

I contacted a couple of other companies before finding and speaking to Simon who is an expert, there was no fuss or conundrums unlike the others, i also needed it working with urgency which i mentioned to Simon, had the the laptop back and working with a new hard drive within 24 hours. Lee not only fixed the problem on my laptop but also gave me lots of advice while ensuring that my computer was running at maximum efficiency. He advised me on back up solutions and introduced me to linking my mobile phone and computer data.
