You miss 2 stars taking order as you had not the product. I ordered hope it is the same company not just similar name. But they offerd me another options and were polite and helpful. As best I know they refunded instantly. You read this you give them 2 missing stars for really. Don’t they deserve it ? I am just pissed I didn’t listen to them but bougth something 3 times the price . And will it work ? Some bugkiller. So after collecting my tougths •••••

Beware Delivery date is nonsense
Beware!
They promised a delivery date on the bol.com website but it was not delivered on that date.
Then they sent an email which asked :"did your package arrive? If not click here"-
They responded by saying that its not their problem. They make the product but someone else sends it....
