One Stop Castles 

booked a bouncy castle for my child’s 4th birthday party on 30/8. The company never turned up and gave no communication at all. I rang several times and left messages on their business Facebook page but received no response.

Because of this, a group of children were left disappointed, especially my 4-year-old who had been so excited for their party. It completely spoiled what should have been a special day.

I will be requesting my deposit back as the service was not fulfilled. A business in this industry should be reliable and communicate with customers if there are any issues. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen here. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would advise others to be very cautious before booking.”

Been trying to contact this company that I paid a deposit for weeks. No one responding or answering the phone. No idea what’s happened to my deposit and no if they will turn up or not

RUBBISH COMPANY! booked with them for 12/10 everything was fine until i requested the risk assessment and insurance which the man said he will send over, then called me back to state he wouldnt be able to make the party intime. They have taken the absolute pissssssssssssss!!!!! Now i have to look around for another bouncy castle. FULL OF S***T INCONSIDERATE P***K

Initial issues getting in contact as they'd lost their phone or something but after that were great - turned up when they said they would, set up quick, castle was in good condition, came to take it down when we asked, and all for a good price, recommend.

They were great. Arrived on time, set it up and took it away without issue and most of all the kids loved the unicorn castle! thank you

I hired One stop castles based off reviews from the local area. Booking was easy, communication was prompt when I had questions. They arrived on the day on the exact time I had booked, had great communication. They returned to take the bouncy castle down and sought me out first to make me aware they were there, which I thought was good, instead of just deflating it. I would absoloutely reccomend them and I will use them again for future events!

We used One Stop Castles for my daughter's first birthday. The guys that came to set it up were amazing, so nice they moved the castle around the hall to find the best spot for it.

very unprofessional

I made a query on website no confirmation was given for booking no phone call etc. I proceeded to then book a different company. However on the day of my sons party whilst I was out One Stop Castle came and set up which my sister assumed was the company I had actually booked. The second company also turned up which my sister sent away thinking it was their mistake. Once I arrived the soft play did not look great it was dirty and my sisters and I had to scrub it down before the children including my 1 year old could play. For the price paid what was delivered was not great.

Everything was perfect and collected on time.

Excellent service for a last minute booking. They came and setup on time and took away discreetly during the party. Will definitely be using again!

Good service, very quick response times. Reason for 4 and not 5 is that as a school, we have used them quite a few times, and no loyalty card or discount is ever offered. Would be good to at least have the £5 delivery waived after the 3rd or 4th booking.
