Rip off merchants

Brought a aluminium wheelchair from a disability shop for my husband who had a leg amputation in 2022 .The chair is only used for hospital appointments etc as he has a steel chair he uses at home indoors and the Aluminium chair stays in the conservatory. If you count up the times he’s used it , it would be about 6months use . He only goes shopping at blue waters where he hires an electric scooter as my husband has a prosthetic leg and he can walk short distances with his leg. We noticed that the seat material had come adrift and started to fray. It got to about 4/5 inches . I contacted the shop and they contacted one rehab and told them about it but they refused to send a new small square of material seat without cost . I had to pay £65 which I think is day light robbery for a small bit of mesh. Be warned about this company’s products, I shall make sure I never purchase anything made or surplyed by one rehab

I bought a Q-Fold scooter from an Assured Mobility a local Mobility shop in Cirencester, UK which was supplied by One Rehab. It died on me and when I telephoned from Portugal needing assistance Gerard, the boss of One Rehab was extremely rude to me suggesting that if I could afford to be in Portugal then I could afford to hire a replacement scooter until my return to the UK. The local Mobility shop, Assured Mobility no longer deal with One Rehab which must also say something about this company. The scooter has needed a new control box, new tyres and a new battery pack. One Rehab supplied a scooter which I believe, is not fit for purpose.
