I purchased a LSA and SENCO course…
I purchased a LSA and SENCO course package, you're given video modules followed by reading modules and then final exams. I found the LSA course incredibly deficit minded, the SEN module was pretty hard to get through and didn't feel very neuro-affirming. I got to the end, passed the final exam only to find out if I want a certificate for this (even just a digital pdf) I need to pay £10 on top of the course fee and if I want printed and accredited the costs go up to £100's. Paying for the course, completing and passing the course should entitle you to at least a downloadable certificate.

I have purchased a course, registered on the website and come to redeem the code to find out that there is an issue. I can reset my password but still can’t get in or redeem voucher code. My facility to call, going to voicemail, tried online messaging which apparently is off and have emailed, appalling service

I put the items I wanted in my basket and the actual charge was higher than all the numbers, including tax, added up to!
I tried using chat bot and after 50 attempts of being asked to tell it ‘one more time’ what the problem was, gave up and decided that they were not the provider for me!

solid 10/10 for this course
this course was not what I thought it would be in a POSITIVE way. I learn best with spoken words not just reading so finding that I can watch videos listen rewind or replay if need be as well well put together videos of form for exercise etc was 100 percent perfect. its a very detailed course with a lotto useful information but not overwhelming. I've learnt a lot and I'm glad I chose this one
