Unkept promises when joining from…
Unkept promises when joining from another company. Was promised a final bill refund 14 days after forwarding the final bill. This was done and no refund received.
After speaking to customer services they accused me of not sending the email despite me having it in my outbox AND an automated reply from the claims department when I'd sent it.
They said that the only thing to do was to keep resending in the hope that they'd send me the refund eventually.
They said there is no way to speak to the claims department myself and that I couldnt make an official complaint to try and escalate this as it wasnt possible and in their words 'nothing will happen anyway'.
UPDATE:
Received final bill refund however it was short by approx £90. Then told they would not be refunding any more despite me supplying evidence of the incorrect amount, stating that they don't cover the VAT. This was never explained to me at the time. When trying to discuss further I was met with an email stating we are now closing the case. Genuinely the worst customer service experience I have encountered.

Excellent and quick service
Really quick to sort and very easy to talk to. Easy to get through to and sorted my problem out.
Spoke to Gaurav Singh who was really pleasant and happy to help.
Excellent service
Excellent service, before, during and after sales. Would definitely recommend.
Very disappointed
Never go through OneCom they are extortionate and lack good customer experience, they barely reply emails. Go direct to Vodafone if you want any service.

I rang Onecom regarding an error on my mobile phone bill.
I rang Onecom regarding an error on my monthly vodafone bill, and Nayan was very attentive while listening to my query. He then immediately dealt with my situation in a professional way. He spoke to me with respect, understanding and helpfulness.
I’d say that Nayan is doing a good job. Well done Nayan.

Spoke to complaints manager Samiah B as my monthly bill for sim only was going up to nearly £60 a month . Was going to pay to get out of the crippling monthly payments to find my 24 month contract I signed was actually for 27 month due to ending my previous contract 3 months early (was informed by Samiah they don’t have to inform you of this, and it’s not put on you new contract) had spoke to 2 other advisors who both said my contract ends Nov 2026. Was offered a 3 month discount as I feel the extra 3 months should be removed.
I have been advised by Samiah B that the case is now closed and to contact the Ombudsman CISAS.

Had enough now
Had enough of these people now, I’ve been cut of twice for no reason and been overcharged for 3 months now I keep getting told to pay the overcharge on the bill and they will put credit on my account but the credit never appears, I am at my wits end with it all

This company is shocking
This company is shocking. They miss sell you a phone contract, tell you how much they're saving you, entice you with freebies that either don't work or don't exist. Then after half of the contract the price you pay goes way out of your budget. when you ring up to ask why they say it's because you need to upgrade....this is a total con into a new contract supposedly saving you money again. no....yet another hike up. my original contract was for 3 sims at £17 each....I'm now paying over £200 for less.

Don't fall
Company gives you good rate for 18 months then you are in so means you can't get out for another 3 years and they charge extra extra expensive amounts, don't fall. Get sim only deals with SIM provider directly and buy hand sets yourself much much cheaper.

Awful experience
Awful experience. They somehow signed my 88 year old father up on what he thought was a sim only contract only for my to discover he has 3 sims attached to his contract (2 sims were data for iPad and or laptop- that my father doesn’t have). They lure you in with a generous discount once money is taken out via Vodafone. You will never be rid of them unless you pay silly money for something you didn’t want/ need. Absolute disgraceful behaviour taking advantage of an elderly man.
