Everything went super smooth - Got in touch about 2 months before the trip, chose the car, arrived in Marrakech, driver met me, I took the car, used it for 8 days, all good, easy drive, no problems, gave back the car also super smooth.

We booked a 7 seater car but on the day…
We booked a 7 seater car but on the day of arrival we received a 5 seater. The number plate was not at the correct place and we were assured it would be a safe ride. However, we were charged fines at the check post even though it wasn’t our fault. When this was communicated right away with the provider he was not respectful and did not respond. Firstly, we adjusted with a different car and secondly we paid the fines but the provider was adamant to charge us instead and was not at all understanding. We suggested that the money we were fined could be paid back to us but instead we were forced to pay £90, we had a flight to catch in 30 minutes. I mean LITERALLY the provider followed us till the ATM and made sure to take the money. The whole experience was awful. I do not recommend this provider. - customer service - 0/10, car condition - 1/10 only because AC was working thankfully, the car was not maintained well and it was given to us without cleaning. Everything, which I mean, from the car rent and service was extremely bad. If you want to have a smooth journey there are better providers. Also they will ask you to give a good video review and scam you for money later. This is a full on dodgy provider with no civic sense. Be careful out there!

Deposit never refunded (4000 AED lost)
I rented a Lamborghini Evo spyder on April 2025 through one click drive with the company MMR CAR RENTAL LLC DUBAI.
I never have received my deposit (4000 AED) back.
I sent dozens of WhatsApp messages to 2 people from MMR CAR RENTAL.
I sent an email to info oneclickdrive.com and several emails to Account Manager Aymen Khan
None of this yielded any results.
In January 2026, I contacted the Dubai tourist police.
The Tourist Police Department informed me on 28 January that there is damage to the car.
It doesn't take nine months to find out that the car was supposedly damaged!
This is a lie! I returned the car in the same condition.
Many photos and videos were taken.
And if this were indeed the case, why am I only hearing about it now and not after the hundreds of messages I've sent since May 2025?
The car was already damaged in several places.
Conclusion: after dozens of messages to the rental company and messages to OneClickdrive, messages to the Dubai tourist police, I am only now being told (9 months later!) that the car is supposedly damaged.
If this were actually the case, I would have heard about it earlier.
I don't know if this kind of thing happens often, but this is clearly a scam.

As usual , Abdelghafour ,was my account manager , he always listens to my concerns and he was always there when I need him. I highly recommend One click drive for all your car rental in Morocco.
