I've contacted them through the user portal on numerous occasions when I've had queries regarding the account software and always get a quick response. The staff are very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the system and resolve matters quickly.

OneAdvanced continue to look after us. One of the worst experiences as a customer is when it is not clear which product or supplier an issue is being caused by. We were left with quite a major problem that the OneAdvanced team were sure wasn't them. The evidence we had access to pointed to it being OneAdvanced. Between them, especially Mike Sugden who found the pointer to the real issue (Not OneAdvanced!). This was helped and pushed along by Melissa Burton and James Buck. We were kept updated and informed with timely updates. We really felt like they had our backs.

I have been working with Jasmine Tripp on a number of payroll related projects for well over a year now and both her knowledge of the products, OpenPeople and Open HR is second to none but also her professionalism in dealing with whatever situation we throw at her has been amazing to see. We have our ups and downs with our Account Manager in Advanced, but when it comes to the technical support team, we tend to have a great experience.
For instance, today Srinivas Saraf did an amazing job. He was not only kind and professional, but also incredibly quick in getting back to us. The issue was resolved within minutes.
