Negative experience on this platform and it's subsidiaries
Nirmit Bharat operates under the ONDC framework initiated by DPIIT, so this feedback is specifically about DigiHaat.
My first order went through without any issues, which initially gave me confidence in the platform. However, the experience quickly deteriorated after that. The next two orders, both prepaid, were cancelled almost instantly by their system despite successful payment, and no explanation was provided for the cancellations.
I reached out to customer support hoping for clarity or resolution, but that turned out to be the most disappointing part. The support interaction was extremely unprofessional—the agent neither addressed the issue properly nor showed any concern for customer experience, and the chat was abruptly closed without resolving anything.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential users to be cautious. In my opinion, it’s better to rely on established platforms, even if they cost slightly more, rather than dealing with unreliable order handling and poor customer support here.
