Order arrived very promptly. One of the items was incorrectly sized - ten out of ten to Roziel for being helpful and efficient in arranging a refund, and the incorrectly sized item will be given to charity. We'll done Onceit!

Hannah was amazing, she went over and above to ensure I was able to get the item and colour I wanted before it was quickly dispatched by the distribution centre as a pick n pack priority. My daughter loves everything pink so I was super stoked she was able to work her magic, thanks again Hannah.

I had a fantastic experience with OnceIt recently. I had to cancel an order and contacted the help desk to get their advice. The product was from a third party, so the Customer Service Rep did an amazing job and managed to intercept the delivery and return it to the warehouse.
I could have been stuck with a product that I didn’t want and would then need to arrange shipping in order to return it.
Hannah was the person who helped me and she provided amazing customer support, her communication was clear and she saved me time and money. 5 stars Hannah!!

Headboard arrived within a very short delivery time. Love the quality at a very reasonable price. Any contact via the website was answered quickly. Delighted with my first Once it experience.

The customer service representative at Onceit was awesome when I discovered my pillowcase order from months ago was not what I ordered. The packaging was incorrect and I received the wrong size. It was a Xmas present for my granddaughter and wasn’t discovered until we went to put her new duvet, pillowcases and euro pillowcases on her bed. Top marks to the lovely customer service lady who very quickly sorted this and the correct euro pillowcases were soon on their way, and we also got to keep the wrong ones as well! Very grateful at the speed and ease that this was resolved. Well done team Onceit!!!!

Excllent customer service.
Bought a gift for my daughter for Xmas. We realised later that there may be a small issue. Gave them a call on 30th of December, no call waiting and Hanah was so understanding and send another set right away which we received on 3rd of Jan. Totally recommended.

First time using this site. Saw a pair of Calvin Klein joggers. My daughter had bought some in the sale at Farmers. Onceit had them $60 cheaper. Took the risk that they would not not be a cheap imitation. They weren't. Had no confirmation from Onceit when ordered and realised I'd given an incorrect email address so contacted customer service. They were amazing. Replied within an hour reassuring me they had received my order, noted my correct email address and hey ho, parcel received within 48 hours. Super quick! Right before Christmas. My things were packed and shipped same day. Arriving the next and I’m at the bottom of the South Island. An item wasn’t in stock and they emailed apologising, great communication

My family did most of their Christmas shopping with Onceit this year and the products and customer service were great!
One item I purchased broke (an earring), so I contacted customer service to enquire about a refund. I was offered a replacement or refund in less than 24 hours from my request! Excellent service and really quick turnaround - especially considering it was 3 days before Xmas. Well done Onceit! With customer service like that, I'll be shopping with you again 😊. Linda

I bought some top brand items at amazing prices on Onceit and they were delivered so quickly! When I then had a follow up request regarding one of my items, Hannah from the support team was incredible and resolved my issue and sent a replacement within 24 hours- above and beyond customer service. Would recommend to anyone to shop on and will definitely use again and again!

My order got mixed up with another persons however it was very easy to get sorted. The lady I was emailing was great at communicating what stage of the process we were at and kept me well informed of what my options were.

Received my item quickly, although I noticed a fault with it. Contacted the OnceIt support team and got a response extremely quickly along with a solution.
New replacement item sent out that day.
Was very pleased with my experience.

Hannah from support answered my email query and sorted my short supplied order. Unfortunately my first email, got lost along the line, but after pointing that out Hannah took it open herself to investigate and sort a refund within 24 hours. My faith has been restored in Onceit because of her.

I have ordered before from Onceit , service and prices are great. I contacted them as my email had gone astray and immediately, they resent it and I actually got to speak to someone and not a machine. Will definitely be reordering again 👍
