Lawyer missed the word "not" when interpreting the main sentence of the applicable regulation so the sentence meant the exact opposite of what he claimed in his opinion. I pointed this out to him, and he adjusted his opinion on my case accordingly, but also charged most of the hours he spent on his mistake and fixing it to me. Not only do I feel the lawyer is not competent, I am paying extra hours for his mistakes.
