OML Patches never sent my name tape or a refund

TLDR; I never received my name tapes or a refund after two months. Luckily, I was able to get a refund from PayPal.

On 2/19/23, I placed my order with OMLPatches but never received it. A month later, I called the number on the website multiple times, left a voicemail, and emailed the address from my PayPal order confirmation. No response. Two weeks after that, I contacted OML via their Facebook page. Finally, a reply; Don Brown told me he would investigate. I never heard back. Four days later, I followed up, and he said my order was in the warehouse and would ship it again on Monday. I messaged him again four more days after that and asked for the tracking number. The next day he emailed me the tracking number and told me it was en route. The tracking number is 9400111206203319982072. When writing this, according to USPS.com, it is still in pre-shipment, the label has been created, and USPS is awaiting the item. Two months in total had passed, and I contacted him once more on 4/20/21. I never heard back, so I requested a refund via PayPal a few days later. PayPal promptly refunded me. Other reviews online state similar circumstances, months with no patches, no communication from OML, and no refund. I have now reported him to the BBB, State Attorney General’s Office, FBI (since it was online), and USPS (since he used a tracking number to try and scam me). Be sure to do the same if this happens to you too. I recommend not doing business with OML Patches unless you want to get scammed.
