I would give no stars if possible. Terrible. Ordered a phone from GoBlue email from Ollycom. I ordered a Google pixel Nov 2. I live in Greenland so I expected a long delivery time.
The phone arrived Jan. 16 and I am assuming the box was frozen as the battery was swollen and the phone damaged. Emailed/phoned Ollycom and finally got a response.
Ollycom wanted to blame Post Nord and Post Nord wanted to blame Ollycom. No one did anything!!! Then Ollycom stopped replying to emails all together. I actually gave up and took the phone with me on vacation and had the battery replaced myself in February.
Finally got a response in March and was told all that could be done was send it back and have the battery replaced, but Ollycom was not sure if I would have to pay. I asked if I could have a refund for the replacement battery I purchased, once again no response from Ollycom.
