I have had this card for 4yrs and 9…

I have had this card for 4yrs and 9 months as of now other than the 1 increase to double my limit after i paid on time for whatever months they said i think it was 6 but anyway i had to fax proof of what they asked for along with proof of other things after 4 calls they finally did what they said
they would Dec 2021 ,but since then i haven't received one increase and you can't apply for one.I just haven't closed it because i don't want to lose points on my credit. Only one other card has ever done this and i pay my card off every month.I just wanted to say that.I know they will come with the standard if we can do anything call us that's to keep a good rating with BBB because even if they don't solve a problem it will be noted that they responded.

I had a very frustrating experience…

I had a very frustrating experience with Ollo regarding fraud charges. I noticed multiple unauthorized charges of $15.77 from a generic “cigars” company name on four separate dates just days apart—clearly a recurring pattern that I did not authorize.
Despite this, Ollo declined to treat it as legitimate fraud, saying the name was similar to a known retailer. They then required me to submit a handwritten letter via fax or mail to continue disputing the charges, which feels outdated and unreasonable for a fraud claim.
A quick search shows this type of small recurring charge is a common scam, yet the process to resolve it was unnecessarily difficult. I expected better fraud protection and a more modern, customer-focused resolution process.

Bill tripled, less than half used

I called to figure out why my bill had doubled and found that I received a late fee, which was 100% my fault. I told the lady on the phone that makes sense. She was nice enough to take it off. My next bill was $48 because they way they do it is they put the $27 late fee into your account, and still charge it. Weird, but okay, I paid it before it was due. Eight days later, they charged me $75 after that took out. WHY? Where did $75 come from? I called today and was given no answer aside from the fee being given back to me. But that doesn't make sense in regards to the new $75 charge.$27 doubled is not $75. Make it make sense. The guy couldn't even tell me what my minimum payment is going forward and I have to wait 10 days to get my $48 back. Going from a $27 a month credit card to a $75 a month credit card when I have used less than half the available funds is CRAZY.

Misleading Offer and Disappointing Customer Service

I applied for an Ollo Mastercard based on a promotional offer that clearly stated no annual fee, 0% interest for 12 months, and the option to do a balance transfer, along with a $3,000 starting credit limit. The only part of that offer that was honored was the credit limit. None of the other advertised benefits were applied to my account.
When I called customer service to resolve the issue, I was told they couldn’t find the offer attached to my application and that I would need to provide proof. That’s completely unreasonable—nowhere during the application process was it stated that I needed to screenshot or save the offer just in case there was a discrepancy. It feels misleading and unprofessional to advertise terms that are not honored and then place the burden on the customer to prove it.
This experience has left a bad impression. Transparency and accountability matter, and unfortunately, this company fell short. Because of this, they will not be getting my business.

Zero respect for customers

When my card was ally I had cashback rewards,but when they switched back to ollo they took away the rewards after promising everything would be the same or better. When i call customer service i rep that seems to be trying to speak english for the first time. I ask to talk to a supervisor and they put me on hold, after waiting for 30 minutes I hung up.

When you call customer service You’re…terrible

When you call customer service You’re on the phone for 10 minutes answering questions and when you finally talk to a real person, they are very short with you and very rude. Terrible service. Never ever never ever again

No Custom Amount Option for Autopay

I had OLLO a few years back with no problems that I recall. It then became an ALLY card a year or two ago, with no problems except for the app being confusing for Auto Pay.

Now Merrick Bank has bought (back?) ALLY and issued OLLO cards. Just received mine today (3/28/26).

Be aware of an issue activating it though. If you scan the QR code and go to the site, the activation process doesn't recognize the new expiration date on the card as being valid, so you need to call the number. Since I'd already set up the OLLO app that went fast and smooth but it shouldn't be necessary. Hopefully it will be fixed.

2. Much more important to me at least and much more negative is with their Autopay system. The only positive is that they make it clear that with their Autopay, you have ONLY two choices, pay the minimum due, or the full statement balance.

This is the only card (and at 70, I've seen a bunch) that doesn't provide a 3rd Autopay option, either your minimum plus $XXX of your choice, or a blank to fill in the payment amount of your choice. For me at least, that limitation makes their Autopay system worthless. It makes no sense at all not to offer that option. It's the only non-autopay payment I have which is really irritating.

My account was transferred over from…

My account was transferred over from Ally, in which had a 0.00 balance. New Ollo acct shows a 247.19 bal. I called Ollo because these charges were from fraud charges in Jan 2026 and thought Ally had taken care of this and I was issued a new card. I am very confused on what is going on. I called Ollo and spoke with a very rude nasty woman who DID NOT explain to me very well what was going on. She said I was on the hook for these fraud charges from Jan because the fraudulent vendors have not returned the money. Made me even more confused at why I am being held responsible for charges I never made on a card that Ollo acquired (Ally)on Mar 25, 2026. These were fraudulent charges that Ally took care of 2 months ago. Very very confused. That rude customer service rep made it worse.

This bank is by far the worst and most…

This bank is by far the worst and most restrictive with fraud protections. So much so that it ruins your life. They blocked my card because I paid them back too fast. Blocked my card the same day for an online purchase. 2 times in one day. The next day blocked it for an airport coffee shop. 3 blocks in 2 days. Have to call them each time. Also they won't raise your credit even if you spend thru your card and pay it back quick. Awful bank. Capital One is far better user experience.
